Peter was amazing we walked in to look at a car not sort one out as we were making a decision on which car best suited our needs. Peter explained what cars that were on mobility and what the diffrent trims mentioned on the car we were intrested in. We were not rushed at all we looked at another car less apr and wheather the tuscan we fell on love was avaliable when our current lease was up as we were able to take our time we were in love with the car. We asked about test drive We took a similar spec on a test drive and we signed the contract as soon as we got back. All staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely impressed with them and Peter was so lovely and not pushy we made a very easy decision on a stunning car thank you Peter x

Our experience was very professional, thanks to Jon Lovell, Sales Executive, who managed the whole process with speed and kindness. Through the sales process, Jon kept us updated. On the day, the pickup went well despite our causing issues with the required paperwork. Jon remained calm and polite through the process.

I started to consider changing my existing Hyundai earlier this year and given how pleased I was with my car, it made sense to go for a new one. Not straightforward because I was unsure of spec required so my search took a lot longer than either I or Stafford Hyundai thought it would and I also started considering other makes! I dealt in the main with Luke Thomas who became determined to find the right vehicle for me and with each conversation, cars were either ruled in or ruled out! I ended up with a Kona N Line S with Lux Pack and Two Tone Roof. Whilst sorry to see my IX35 go, I am delighted with my new car and wish to thank Luke and all the team for their perseverance and for also staying with the part exchange deal they initially offered.

How it should be done
My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Kona Ultimate and made an appointment with James Tesseyman, Sales Executive. This turned out to be a thorough and enjoyable experience. James organised a subsequent test drive and accompanied us us throughout. This enabled us to learn, first hand, more about the car, its modern controls and adjustment of the interior space. The explanation of the various finance options was precise and enabled us to be confident in making our choice. James is a very professional salesman and we have no qualms about recommending him.

Due to my deterioration in my health , it was necessary to change my vehicle, I decided to look at Hyundai at Stafford , They have a good selection of cars and I was greeted by Mr Luke Thomas who was helpful and answered every question about the vehicles I looked at, I chose the vehicle I liked and was offered a test drive . I decided that I was ready to order ,I was take through the procedure of ordering the vehicle I wanted by Luke and then every other aspect was left Mr Thomas . I was informed when the delivery was ! When the day came to pick up the car I went to the GarageBand was very pleased seeing the car . Thanks to Mr Luke Thomas for all your help .

Just recieved the car today and I am over the moon with the car but the communication and seemless process to get this car is down to the Sales Executive Luke Thomas his communcation throughtout this process has been second to none and can't thank him and Hyundai enough! What a car!
Really disappointing and poor service…
Really disappointing and poor service from this dealership. I had booked a test drive of a vehicle over the weekend 48 hours in advance, with the aim of placing an order the following week; went through all the driving licence verification etc, only for one of the staff to take the car home for the whole weekend without checking that it was booked out.

Mr Roger Cheetham took care of everything, I always received quick answers to my phone calls and emails, with clear information and he was always very kind, friendly and professional this making my experience with them a very pleasant one and I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
I want to specify that I came from 6 hours away and those from Hyundai sold me the car with an almost full tank, I was amazed when I saw that I had enough diesel until I got home.
It was a pleasure to deal with Roger , I will return to him with confidence .

Brought my Santa Fe here to have a problem with the electric parking brake fixed. They had the car from Wednesday evening until Friday morning. When I arrived to collect Friday morning, I was told there wasn’t a fix and was advised to take it to an electrical specialist. Phoned two electrical specialist and they both said, it would be a main dealer job. I then took it to derby and then diagnosed the problem within a couple of days.
Shocking communication. It was like they didn’t even want to know and were desperate for me to come and collect it. Just a waste of my time and theirs. I live 10 miles from Stafford, so I had to cancel work to take it there and pick it up.
We treat customers like Dirt
This dealer is let down by the service department. My service book is not stamped for a pre delivery service and I put the car details in myself. When due for a service I was inundated with texts and emails to book in on line and still I had to queue. I was greeted with "It will have to come back" why cant a recall and satnav upgrade by done at the same time as a service?
I had a survey and received an email from the Danielle Smith who claimed to be the Service Manager asking when she could call I replied giving two dates I had no reply and waited by the phone which did not ring. I presume she was told to send something and could not be bothered to follow it up the attitude of “Its only a customer” and “there will be another mug along soon”.
The Service Department treat customers as a bit of dirt. I will never have another Hyundai while they treat customers with such destain.

Brought a brand new Hyundai Ionic 71 plate. (2021) just shy of 31k traded in Mercedes E class wow what a mistake:
The first year customer service excellent.. services in place the car working like a dream.
Going into the 2nd year then the problems started.. Noticed paint flaking on the bumper trim, window seal bubbling Hyundai badge paint flaking.. then we had brake warning light bleeping, auto hold on car now been disabled. Spoke to customer services 4 months ago. Guess what after 7 calls and three visits to STAFFORD. Hello PAULA!! NOTHING.. Guess what the badge is under warranty they will rectify: They told me if the warning light goes from Amber to red on the braking system call the breakdown service that is included in the warranty they will then tow the car back! Really!! we are still waiting for a call from the customer care/sales after several call dating back two months. In the end I got rid, and yes back to Mercedes.. You get what you pay for.. never faulted their service. Must have been a senior moment ever considering changing. Oh and what is funny Hyundai have invited me to their VIP car new launch.. Guess what not going.. Oh and another laugh they have acknowledged my cancellation of the service plan. Umm. So I would deffo not recommend!!

Had the best experience getting our new car from Hyundai. Ethan in particular was so helpful, contacting the finance company to discuss my application being made in my married name, he really went the extra mile. The entire experience was made simple and stress free. Would definitely recommend and return.
