The insurance service they use is a scam. They canceled the tickets and the insurance service that i paid for doesn't refund the tickets value.
Update:
I'm trying to get my money back from them and they are changing their policies from hour to hour. They also mailed me summoning some terms I couldn't find at the moment of the refund request on their terms&conditions page.
I still haven't received any money back yet, but the National Authority for the Consumer Protection (in Romania) issued them a fine for scammy practices over the consumers. They are now in a trial with the NACP.
I don't recommend this site
There is no way to edit your reservation once they took your money. I ordered one seat, but forgot to take one more, so after placing the first order, after just a few minutes I tried to edit my reservation. No chance, you don't have this option, so I canceled it since I had Flex En-Garde assurance hoping that I will get my money back. I didn't get my money since that assurance is only for cases when you die or your house burns and 2 more cases like this :( . Moreover my tickets were cancelled as a result of my request, so I could not re-sell them, only they could sell again my seat.
Later edit: I got my money back after email insistences.

Stand up Rescheduled to another time and place, no refund no nothing, 1 email to notify changes, that's all, and you have to search/filter and find this specific email from tons of emails that they send because of newsletter.

We were a bunch Of people waiting for the show to happen in the original location( written on the ticket that we bought) but of course no one came to open the door.
Refund process
Even with a month in advance, a refund is close to impossible. I mean, EuroLifeFFH would help me get a refund, but first I'd have to die, be hospitalised, my house should burn down or be flooded, I should get beaten AND robbed. Absolutely pathetic business model.

To buy a ticket, you need a credit card, to request a refund with the fee paid specifically for this, you need all the documents in the world, copy of identity card, form, documents proving the production of the insured event (as I would have had to die if it was after them), bank statement of an account (I paid out of thin air?!) The worst company and with hidden clauses.

Booked 2 tickets which I chose carefully for the Guns n' Roses show in Bucharest, flew especially for the concert from Israel - they sent me an email one day before the show, while we already arrived to Bucharest and payed for the hotel and everything, that they "relocated our tickets" with no explanation. Needless to say they relocated the tickets to a much further, worse location.
They almost ruined our whole trip, don't trust or buy anything from them.

Am cumparat 2 bilete la SummerInTheCity. Am platit (2 x 445) RON + 108 RON taxa de emitere bilet + 15 RON taxa procesare a platii.
Taxa de procesare a platii o inteleg, dar 108 RON pentru taxa emitere bilet in 2023 mi se pare absolut nerezonabil.

Artistul principal din a doua seara a fost anulat, asadar am cerut sa pastrez doar prima seara. M-as fi asteptat sa primesc 445 RON inapoi din moment ce plata a fost de 2 x 445. Am primit in schimb inapoi suma de (2 x 120), adica 240 RON. Scuza lor este ca la momentul asta pretul la concertul lui Robbie e mai scump decat atunci cand am achizitionat. Imi pare rau, dar cand se intampla chestii de genul asta din vina organiztorilor pretul returnat trebuie sa fie cel de la momentul achizitiei. Ma rog, pe scurt, niste hoti.

I bought 3 tickets for a concert that was cancelled. I received the money back after 2 months and several emails sent to them. In the end I have received less money, because of a 'processing fee'. Avoid them.

The refund policy is abysmal. They hardly ever help.
I had bought 8 tickets to a Louis CK concert, which was postponed twice and meanwhile me and my friends and co-workers can't go anymore. Now I owe a lot of money to people and they just hide behind "we initially offered a refund after the first cancellation but because you didn't take it then, too bad". as if i could have guessed the situation would last so long with the pandemic. They're really good at taking your money for the tickets, but thats about where it stops. I don't see what service they provide if they cant even be bothered to ensure you will receive a refund.
If you go on the app review site, you'll see very many people complaining of similar things. It's not anecdotal.
