My mate from America ordered a couple seeds and they never germinated he said he would have more fun growing watercress embarrassing and a scam don’t get seeds from here even if they are souvenirs the packets could have anything in them and they look light dry and old

Seeds were dead they started off good on day 1 and as the little tap root came in it died

Couldn't ask for better

This was our first order, we had an item incorrectly shipped, but the customer support team sorted that and shipped a replacement right away. Really good products and great service! Definitely going to continue buying from Ice Head Shop in the future.

Excellent company to deal with. Fantastic products and postage is very reasonable compared to some other stores. Any time I have emailed them they have replied very quickly. I recently received a wrong order and emailed them. They sorted it for me that very day. Good genuine company that I will continue to order from and recommend highly.

Placed 2 orders with them and on both occasions I received a faulty product that simply didn’t work. The first time they replaced the vape for me so I gave them a second chance. However the second time they ignored my emails. £18 wasted and won’t be shopping here again
