Parent Company Intervention Required: Local Subsidiary Withholding Cleared Goods
This review is directed at ICL Global regarding the operations of your official operating subsidiary in Israel, GCX (ilcargo.com / המעגל הגדול בע"מ).
For over five weeks, your local branch has been withholding a personal import despite full regulatory compliance:
• Official Ministry of Communications approval for the item was submitted.
• Explicit written authorization to split the shipment and abandon unapproved items was provided following your local representative's instructions.
• Updated documentation has been provided multiple times.
Despite full compliance, GCX customer support has ceased active communication, repeatedly issuing automated canned replies claiming "missing documents" while failing to process the cleared goods.
Formal regulatory complaints have been lodged with the local Customs Authority, Ministry of Communications, and the Consumer Protection Authority, and pre-legal notice has been issued.
As the parent company, ICL Global's oversight is required to instruct your local Israeli branch to process and release the approved shipment. I will gladly update or adjust this review once your local management resolves the issue.
