Just ordered 2 cases of wine at the busiest time of the year (just before Christmas ) and got delivered in London in less than 24 h !.
Very impressive and much appreciated.

Awful customer experience. I paid for express delivery which was £12. My order was then marked delivered a day later. When I called Nathan to ask him about this he said to wait a day and then call him back. It never arrived and I tried calling and emailing and he has blocked me my number and is not replying to emails

Good ordering system and customer service was great.

First delivery I made was sent to the wrong address even though the correct address was entered online with the order. Not very impressed and no apology thus far from Iconic wines even after sending them a complaint email.

Excellent service! Realised I had put my address for delivery when the Champagne was actually a gift. Nathan sorted out the problem immediately and the gift was delivered promptly.

Iconic always deliver. Prices are right and recommendations all tasty.

First time I have used Iconic Wines. Excellent service from start to finish. Wines arrived within 36 hours to North of England. A nice follow up message from Nathan after order. Also prices very competitive, for great quality wines. Many thanks and will be in touch again soon.

i ordered my wine over a week ago now and still havent recieved it. while the team are uick to respond to emails there doesnt seem to be an urgency to get this sorted. very disappointed.

Order last minute Champagne for a forgotten birthday and they received it a couple of days later. Good service and I received a thankyou email from company.

I paid extra for 2-5 working days delivery. It hasn't turned up yet! Pretty stupid to ask for a review before the product arrives!
