I have had a great experience working with ID medical in particular Vinaya. She has been very professional, supportive and responsive. She is very friendly approachable and easy to reach.

My main consultant is Mr. Saurab Sinde, who is extremely supportive, honest, approachable, knowledgeable, and patient-a truly outstanding young professional. He demonstrates strong awareness of marketing, business management, and customer communication. He is always open to discussing various options and helping me find what best suits my needs. His friendly and respectful manner during phone calls, along with the reassurance he provides, makes every conversation highly valuable.

Awful company to deal with as an accommodation provider. Always pushing, or trying to push fees down, dodgy system that benefits them only not the host or the DR. I would avoid.
