Since I started using IFASTNET's services, I haven't had any problems whatsoever. On the contrary, whenever I have encountered a problem, it doesn't last for hours, because their technical team immediately resolves the issue affecting the domain. Thank you so much for your understanding and your excellent technical team, which resolves almost any problem that may arise.

I've had a frustrating experience with iFastNet.

One major issue is that they block OpenAI's web crawlers from accessing websites hosted on their platform. Because of this, ChatGPT and other AI tools are unable to discover or reference my website, which hurts its visibility in AI-powered search and discovery.

On top of that, my website goes down far more often than I would expect from a hosting provider. The recurring downtime has affected reliability and made it difficult to trust the service for a production website.

I was hoping for dependable hosting, but between the frequent outages and the crawler restrictions, I've been very disappointed. I would not recommend iFastNet if uptime and modern web discoverability are important to you.

My experience with iFastNet has been very positive. The hosting service is reliable, the control panel is straightforward to use, and the overall performance has been stable. The website setup process was smooth, and the available tools made it easy to manage hosting, domains, files, and databases.

The support team has also been helpful and responsive whenever assistance was needed. They provided clear solutions and handled my questions professionally. Overall, iFastNet offers a solid hosting service with good performance, useful features, and dependable customer support.

Very bad Technical support! Takes time to reply 😞

You can't turn off autorenew. I moved my site 6 months before it was set to renew. I contacted them to make clear that I was gone. I got an autorenew 30 days before (for a payment method I never created). I contacted them nicely reminding them I had left.

I just received another renewal notice (for a payment method I never setup). You can't get away from these people. They absolutely don't care.

I have been a customer for over a decade. Never had a serious problem or outage, and response to questions or requests has been prompt and supportive. I have used many web hosts and these are clearly the best. I highly recommend them

SCAM HOSTING COMPANY!!!! LITERALLY TAKES MY WEBSITE OFFLINE FOR ZERO REASON. NO NOTICE NOTHING JUST SAYS YOUR SITE IS SUSPENDED.
YOU OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS TRASH COMPANY TO EVEN GIVE A CRAP TO REPLY BACK TO YOU. I AM OPENING A BBB CLAIM AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR FRAUD.

Lol my history of complaints on Trustpilot has nothing to do with your reputation of bad customer service by providing zero live chat suppprt and by disabling users websites without any notification as to why. You just made yourself look dumb.

I recently had problems with my website and received excellent help from iFastNet staff. They solved a compatibility issue of my outdated CMS. Thanks to them I was able to bring online again my website and received good suggestions and recommendations to avoid these problems in the future.

These guys are great and highly recommended. Their offerings are well priced and reliable but it is the support staff I want to single out for especial praise. I typically get helpful responses to tickets within minutes and resolutions are always professional and well thought thorough.

Why look elsewhere?!!

Held a website hosting service for 7 years and never had an issue. I have now finished with my website and sent a request to cancel the service - a swift response with great communication, well polite and the service was cancelled in less than a day!
