Ordered 2 hampers on 20th Dec for delivery on Friday 22nd.
Neither of my clients received there hampers.
Having wished them today on Christmas Day i asked about there hampers.
Neither of them received theirs.
Very poor, would not recommend using Ihampers.

The hamper was delivered on time and was a nice birthday gift.

I ordered a hamper to be delivered to a Director. It was delivered the next day so was very quick if you want to do last minute orders. The website was clear in what I was ordering from a range of products available.

Used so many different hamper companies never issue. Won't be using these again. Parcel late to date was given. No apologies whatsoever

After a glitch on my part, which was easily and efficiently rectified by the company, the hamper was delivered on time and was greatly appreciated by my friend. I found the website easy to negotiate and there was a good choice of items in a wide price range to choose from.

Previous feedback has not been taken on board. Would really appreciate a confirmation email of my order and notification of the gift having arrived!

Birthday Present

Arrived on requested date and received message from excited recipient saying "It looks amazing!"

All Hampers were delivered as requested. All the recipients of the hampers were very pleased with the contents which made me very happy indeed. I would recommend iHampers to my friends and family. a great experience for everybody.

Birthday hamper has not arrived on the day ordered, still waiting for it,

The gift I ordered for a good friend for Christmas has not been received.

Parcel never arrived. had lots of communications. Parcel picked up from you by courier. and delivered to the rest home on the due date. but left in foyer. not signed in and did not get to the the person in question. Should have been taken to reception desk and signed for.

The hamper itself was really good however this was arranged for my mums birthday but only delivered the day after her birthday which was very disappointing as it ruined the whole purpose. I did specify the delivery date for her birthday and I have written to them but have had no response unfortunately. For this reason unlikely I will use them again.

Product was great but didn't get cashback on 3 last items ordered via imutual so have had to submit claima
