I trusted IIFL Home Finance with my home loan, but they deceptively bundled two insurance policies worth over ₹4.5 lakhs — one with Bajaj Allianz Life, another general insurance (not even disclosed). I was never informed of these policies during disbursal.

Despite providing all evidence, IIFL refused to cancel or refund the premiums. Only one policy copy was ever shared. This is unethical mis-selling and violates fair practices.

I’ve filed a formal complaint with IRDAI (India’s Insurance Regulator).

🔴 Avoid IIFL if you value transparency and ethics. Always double-check loan documents for hidden charges.

Terrible Service – Avoid IIFL Home Loan!

I regret taking a home loan from IIFL. Their customer service is pathetic, with endless delays and no accountability. Once they have your documents, they stop responding properly.

The interest rates are misleading - they lure you in with low rates, but later hike them without proper communication.

Escalating issues is useless because their support team barely helps. Avoid IIFL at all costs. You’re better off with a bank that values its customers.

Very worst service they charge too much and many hidden charges

This is the worst broker service I have ever used.
The customer executives hang up the phone every time I call them for a query.
Also, if they answer my query (which is a very rare case), then each customer service executive has a different reason for my query/question.

No one should ever use IIFL.
