Poor car wash and service
Two men who couldn't be bothered to do any work, very rude saying didn't have equipment to clean inside of the car. Laughing and joking among themselves charged full price for a poor clean on the outside with filthy smelly water definitely won't be using again

Trotz 16,50@ Wäsche sind die Felgen nicht sauber geworden. Ich musste ca. 50% der Felgen mit der Hand nachreinigen.

Schade
Nachdem ich schon sehr lange Kundin bin, wurde ich bei meinem letzten Besuch vor ca. 2 Monaten mein Reifen in der Waschanlage beschädigt. Ich wurde falsch eingesunken doch einen neuen Mitarbeiter und so holperte mein Auto da durch. Schadenanzeige ausgefüllt- hat sich nie jemand gemeldet. Schade. fahr nicht mehr hin.

I’ve been coming to this IMO Car Wash brigthon street hull for quite a while and the service is always fantastic. The team are consistently friendly, welcoming and work incredibly hard.
What really stands out is the attention to detail. They always make sure the wheels, windows and the rest of the car are properly cleaned before it even goes through the wash, and the results are excellent every time.
It’s nice to visit somewhere where the staff recognise returning customers and genuinely seem happy to see you back. Great service, great attitude and a car that always leaves looking spotless. Highly recommended.
