Car not clean at all wheels still dirty every wheel!
Car was still dirty and wheels covered in break dust, I showed the guy working there and he replied it doesn’t come off. He had a shocked look on his face when I rubbed it with a dry cloth and it immediately came off asked for a refund 5 times which was ignored. A little bit of rain would have washed it better than these cowboys

The attendant was so moody
The attendant was so moody. I bought 6 washes and expected a free one which never came in my email : this is an expensive place to wash your car. £8!

When I visited the Billingham site on Wednesday19/11/2025 @1300 the site was closed .
All doors were shut
What happened
Normally my visits to this site are excellent
