Fast & straight forward. They didn’t get the dirt fully off my car with the pressure washer and it was in a spot the rollers couldn’t reach though

Paid £14 for Ultra HD wash at the Boldon branch. No wheel wash as stated on price board but would be hard to get one when no wheel wash brushes are fitted in the car wash. Dryer didn’t come down either so car still wet and my car came out dirtier than it went in.
Reporting this as fraud as stating things you are getting for a price when you can’t as not fitted or working as they should.
Avoid these as always something wrong with the washes.

Was waiting for almost 5 mins with no cars in front of me for staff to appear. When they did arrive, the barely spoke to me. I found their manner rude and abrupt.

The operator who worked on Saturday 21st February at Boldon was in a really bad mood. He was rude and extremely arrogant banging on the boot of my car with the brush when I didn’t move along quick enough. He was extremely aggressive and I was scared to get out of the car to confront him. IMO you need to seriously monitor your staffs behaviour, and I certainly won’t be going back there again

The guys do a pre wash etc, before proceeding with the wash, coming out the other end looking immaculate 👍👏

I went to get a triple foam wash. There was no foam avaliable so did not get the wash I had pre-paid for. ☹️☹️☹️

Had a Ultra HD wash car was unreal after it was a wet day also

Staff not very friendly, and when I got there, whole of the car wash machine broke down so didn't even get my car washed even though I've paid.

went to carwash at boldon colliery asked for triple foam wash paid for the wash then went through the wash program and triple foam was not working .attendant knew it was not working but declined to mention this but took my cash .i spoke to him and found out that he had notified imo 3 days prior to me using car wash

6 months on, still no improvement. Saturday 27th July. Been here since 8.30am as website and google say open at 8.30am. Now 9.10am and no sign of an attendant. Abismal

One young lad working here who speaks in broken English. The telephone number for this facility has been disconnected. The IMO Head Office Tel. No. 01494 897410 points you toward their email address because human customer services doesn't exist.
So I paid £18 for a Ceramic XTR and then drove home upon arriving I still have caked on bird poop on my roof. Not going to return there its out of my way and I'm not prepared to waste my petrol.

Attended Boldon car wash today but definitely wish I hadn’t. Operator exceptionally rude. On getting car home I found it to be dirtier than before car wash. In hindsight the pre-wash was almost non-existent and on going through the wash there was no triple foam colours being dispersed onto car. Complete rip off. Would give minus stars if possible.

Paid £10 for an almost top of the range wash, when I got home and out of my vehicle one side and the whole boot area looked like it hadn’t been washed at all…
I wish this allowed me to show photo’s, it was disgusting
