Watch out paying cash trying to say I gave blag 20 pound thinking I was born yesterday said I got the money out of post office so definitely not fake will not use again said person paid with fake 20 yesterday so trying to give me it plus ripping my wing mirror off 😡

Excellent service provided by the car wash staff

Not good! The car wash seems a bit run down and neglected. It ripped the rear wiper from my Ford Mondeo Mk5 and threw it to the front, not an unusual or large car. Won’t be going back.

Paid cash! People don’t speak English!

Car wash damaged my wing mirror,, ripped cover off passenger side totally

Have used IMO for many years and it is always a very good wash at which ever level I have used. At my wash the guys are brilliant - so friendly and treat me like an old friend even tho they probably hardly remember me - they are great. The last offer was splendid !!

I was happy with this car wash untill the vertical rollers damaged the chrome strip on the passenger door. when coming out of the wash I could see the chrome strip hanging off when I showed the lads upon exit. They gestured they could do nothing. They got there manager on the phone he was sent a video of the damage to my new car. He promised to come to my work place to see the damage for himself. He failed to turn up then ignored my texts so I have written to the CEO of this car wash in Bootle never again will I go there

Terrible. I used wash plus service and the car was still so dirty. I wiped the car and my cloth got dark. It’s horrible!!!!!

Bootle, Rimrose Rd, L20. Never again. I've been a regular user for many years, used to be a really good car wash but this imo has gone downhill recently. Went through today (for the last time) I've cancelled my account and deleted the app. Staff can't be bothered doing pre-wash properly, right hand sill brush has been broken for 6 months, various spray nozzles are either blocked or missing, almost no wax spray, the exit rise / fall blower/dryer is broken and the curtain of drying cloths is useless due to most lengths being cut too short and many missing. Don't waste your money!!!

Paid for £12 HD wash. Alloys still dirty afterwards. Waste of money!! Hardly spent any time jetwashing car before putting me through car wash. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Quite busy and by the looks of it just wanted everyone through asap. Should of just paid for the £4 wash it probably would have been the same as paying £12.

Dreadful. Never again. Asked for 9.00 wash with alloys. Charged me 10.00 and they don't even advertise a 10.00 wash. No pre wash and alloys still dirty. I will avoid the Bootle one like the plague.
