Good app to facilitate rewards and discounts whilst being able to pay securely.

Car wash is okay although it leaves a lot of drying spots. I do prefer the hand washes but it hard to find one that is fully legit in my opinion so this is a good alternative.

I have used IMO for years yet the service at the Bentley site has gradually got worse.

The operator was too busy laughing and joking on the phone to his friend to take any notice over what he was doing.

£14.00 for a wash that was that bad I had to take my vehicle to a local hand car wash to have it done properly!

No traffic film remover applied at the pre wash.

No brush work completed at pre wash.

More flies on the front bumper than before the wash 😅.

All in all I will be deleting the app and getting my vehicles washed somewhere where the staff care about their customers

Always use IMO at bentley, great guys, very welcoming and my car comes out gleaming. No nonsense clean

He didn't wash my wheel trims or front or back screen with a brush like they normally do. Nor dis he spray the trims they filthy like they hadn't been washed. ....update an apology has been made but no offer of a free wash to rectify this

I used total wax service yesterday and It has damaged my car paint and wash was also below satisfactory level. Never recommend it

Pulled up but no one was about, had to walk to the cabin to knock on the door to get someone's attention. About ten minutes later they came out sprayed half the car and set me off through the washer.

The clean in the end came out okay but definitely nothing to write home about. Will likely just stick with automatic carwashes going forward. At least there's no waiting for an attendant.

When i arrived it was shut for maintenance. Went into town and 2 hours later still closed. If it's a breakdown fair enough. But maintenance should be done outside opening hours not during

The guy who ran the Doncaster imo wash, wasn’t very useful and also the wash was mid at best. Paid for the £18 one and came out with dirt all around my car still.

Always excellent service at Bentley. The guys are friendly and helpful

Shocking company. Refuse to help. Contacted customer service and ignored. I’d had a free wash from the reward card. Man working scanned it. It disappeared and he said it didn’t work so you have to pay. Sent photo evidence over where could clearly see it had worked and completely ignored. Staff are rude. Use their language as a barrier when you ask them questions about what they have done

Everything went alright except the under the chassis washer is not what I expected at Doncaster location which is the reason I choose to apply for a subscription with you. For now I’ll keep the subscription but if I’ll find a better alternative I will cancel it if this doesn’t get improved. Thank you!

The person operating the car wash didn't hand wash it at all gave it maybe three swipes at best with a pressure washer and sent me into the car wash machine. The blowing dryers didn't come down or get anywhere near the car so it left it wet and there were no mops at the other end to mop it off. The upshot was i had to clean it when I got home before I went to the funeral.
UPDATE.
The head office customer services have been exemplary and given me an alternative car wash token to use at the Worksop site. which I know to be a good one and I will continue to use. However I would warn everybody against using the one in Doncaster

I paid £10 for the wash programme and it didn't even clean the car. I had to go home and clean all the bits it had missed.

Liked the fact I was the only one there wanting my car washed. Disliked the rude foreign bloke who didnt know how to read a QR code.

Quick and easy to use.

Great service! Person explained to us nicely how to log in and give the QR code, without rushing us, even cars were behind us.

I have used this car Wash many times getting the pro shield and have been happy. Today my car was left wet with dirt and soap still on the car. Will not use it again.
