Easy to use in the app , first time I had used the car wash ,the guy working there was great he helped me

There was a problem scanning barcode so I had to pay twice but chap was most helpful and explained I would receive voucher for another wash. Came through as we were speaking so very happy.

Excellent service with plenty of options of bulk washes to save money.

From 3 stars down to 1 star. I wrote a review on 29th January 2026 detailing problem with the missing last part of the drying process at the Dundee Longtown road (asda) car wash. The other Imo car wash on Clepington Road have these parts. These are still missing from the process. They have been sitting in a box for over a year now doing nothing.
You posted a reply 30-1-26 saying you were going to address this. Once again more lies from a company that take the money but don't keep any promises. Never going back.

The lad doing the wash was very helpful when I forgot to turn my wipers off he saved me a good bit of money there. And the wash was excellent

I had a voucher for money off an UHD car wash at my local IMO. I was able to apply the money-off voucher within the app when I pre-bought a wash. When I got to the car wash, it was simple to present my prepaid wash within the app to the attendant who scanned it. The app gives me peace of mind so that I know I can always have a wash handy when my car needs it. Each wash purchased within the app entitles me to a free wash after 5 washes and £2 off a wash after 2 washes.

A little confusing about type of car wash.. but it’s fine .. I m not sure about fragrance . I haven’t recieved but it’s written on it

Quickly sorted what I wanted when I arrived (I’d booked using the app), and then smoothly carried out.

Always go to this car wash every time we go to Dundee.
They do a fantastic job and are polite.

What has happened to the coloured and scented foam that was used before, I haven't had any of that for ages, in both car washes in Dundee

Absolutely dreadful service Male member of staff was virtually hostile, hand waving, shouting, banging on window etc. Just like the reports at other sites. Quality of service and cleaning standards are very poor. Would not go back to these overpriced clowns if they paid me.

My bmw wing mirror snapped during the auto car wash at site 1626 Dundee UK. And the firm recorded the incident and asked to get two quotes for fixing the mirror frame. And they have been avoiding since. WORST COMPANY AND BAD MACHINARY. Agent called Kim Blackwell had contacted asking to get quotes and since then hasn't responded. What a terrible firm. I am driving with duck tape and waiting on these xxxxx to respond.

Just had my daughter's car washed at the IMO carwash at Asda milton of craigie, 1 of the roller brushes was not working and when I pointed it out to the guy in charge he said he was the manager!!!!! I asked him for a refund as the car was not washed properly, he refused and directed me to the IMO customer service but could not give me a number to call.

Found the number on the internet but no answer only directed me to email.

DO NOT USE IMO CARWASH.

Used this car wash for the first time today. Lots of cars using it so I thought it must be OK. I chose the £6 option. When it was done the car was relatively clean but the windscreen now has a vertical scratch on the drivers side from the bottom to the top. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. Have used the contact Us feature on their website but after reading various reviews I am not holding out much hope for any sort of response, much less any sort of recompense for the damage caused. Update 7/4/21. Returned to car wash today to fill out an incident form for the damage to my windscreen. Spoke to the boss who was very helpful and listened to my complaint. He also checked the windscreen and took photos as proof to send to head office. I can't complain about the service I have received today. Now its just a waiting game to hear from the head office.

Update 15/4/21
I have just received a response regarding the outcome of their investigation and as I have now read other reviews of these car washes,the outcome really has not surprised me. They refuse to accept that their equipment scratched my windscreen and offered £20 to buy a glass polish which should "remove the marks". The scratches were definitely not there before as I had the car MOT'd the week before and returned to garage to get confirmation that the scratches were not there. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never use a car wash of this kind again.
