IMO Car Wash レビュー 

I’ve been going to this place to wash my car for years; yesterday I found that the wash was extremely quick, but the problem is that I’ve got loads of purple stains round the edges of the windows, which are very difficult to remove. It’s clearly down to poor rinsing or an excess of cleaning products. I’m very disappointed because, despite paying the maximum price for a spotless result, the quality of the wash was poor, and by the time I realised, I couldn’t go back.

The process was smooth. The staff was friendly. However, the washing was not very good . The washing could not remove bird poop from the windscreen.

Die Waschleistung ist gut; das Personal ist zumeist freundlich.. insbesondere außerhalb der Stoßzeiten ist die manuelle Waschunterstützung sehr gründlich

Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war sehr freundlich - das mal vorweg. Allerdings war ich das erste Mal dort und hätte mir mehr Einweisung erhofft. Am Ende meiner Ultra HD Wäsche war ich nicht so zufrieden, da das Heck noch völlig nass war. Ich hatte keine Ahnung, ob ich noch länger am Ende stehen hätte bleiben sollen oder ob das normal ist. Und ja, da ist eine "Ampel", die ich allerdings nicht mehr sehen konnte, als mich das Förderband komplett rausgelassen hatte.

Sehr gründliche Vorreinigung und selbst die Felgen wurden gründlich gereinigt (das ist nicht immer so)
Dieses Mal bin ich sehr zufrieden!

Super freundlicher Mitarbeiter, toller Service, gutes Reinigungsergebnis der Waschanlage. Das Gelände war sauber und es gab genügend Plätze zum Staubsaugen.

Am 1. September war die Waschstraße in Köln Niehl später geöffnet als angegeben, Habe 25 Minuten gewartet.
Trotz des teuersten Wachangebots war das Auto nicht so sauber wie beworben, Felgenreinigung war durch den Mitarbeiter eher oberflächlich und das benutzte Wasser stank genauso erbärmlich wie die komplette Waschanlage. Habe abschließend das Auto in einer DIY Waschstraße nachgereinigt. Absolut enttäuschend!

About average. The gentleman that was at the attented car wash wasn’t much of a talker and only pointed the instructions to me then he turned the car wash on to start not giving me enough time to actually read it. It was my first time.
The car was much cleaner coming out than in which was the whole point but still had some dirt debris in some places.
It’s not a bad place to go by any means, it was a decent experience. The pricing is worth it and I will most likely go again as it’s convenient to me and I get a lot of bird droppings on my car because of where I park my car.

Sehr hilfsbereit

Beste Wäsche aber nutzlos wenn der Staubsauger kein Sand oder dreck saugen kann.

Die Vorwäsche durch den Mitarbeiter wird sehr schlecht durchgeführt. Nach der Aitowäsche ist das Fahrzeug immer noch dreckig.

Guter Service freundliches Personal, das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt sind die Trocknungslappen am Ende die verschmieren alles auf der Scheibe leider.

Wash was ok, had the HD wash but only used foam at start on wheels not the full size of car. Didn’t spend much time cleaning wheels and didn’t dry car very well at end either

I bought my voucher in advance. As previously I tried to purchase a voucher on site, but with no internet available and after several attempts to pay. I ended up paying four times. Very frustrating. So this time I paid in advance, only to find it closed for maintenance works. I checked your application and there was no indication of the site being closed. Very disappointing
