Not a great wash, there are still marks of birds poo

Always quick, easy and friendly professional service

Vouchers were not added to my wallet on payment and were only added after I complained and a wasted journey.

Staff is not helpful

Efficientand cost effective. With the roads being covered in salt at this time of the year a quick wash is essential to keep the bodywork of the car relatively protected.

Hi had a visit to edinburgh & took my car into get washed what a really nice guy hasher was ,he was very helpful & i was delighted how clean my car was definately be back next time im in edinburgh , i would recommend everyone to go there as u wont be disappointed ,id give him 5 stars.

Water beaded as promised! Car sparklingly clean.

The young guy, who has not worked there long has picked up on the job and does so thourly with a smile on his face!

Rip off. I asked for the cheapest valet (£15) for just a quick wipe over the dash and a hoover. I even said dont worry about the boot. I then get told its £25 because they switched people halfway through cleaning. I also use car wash and the water smells like its from sewage when going through it! Either way im left with still an unclean can on the inside as they didnt wipe anything out of the driver/passanger pockets on doors and the dash is still grotty AND hadnt done the boot but still charged £25… the floor was still dirty! So i got charged extra for them doing less a job 🤷🏻‍♀️ i do not recommend this garage.

Inconsistent. Quality of wash depends on whether the attendant can be bothered to do his job properly.

Wash today was very poor. Not the first time that this has happened.
Wish I had not given him the £3 tip before the wash.

Attendant only sprayed the prewash foam on a small part of the car.

Attendant didn’t bother to manually brush the difficult area at the rear window / spoiler so it came out of the wash dirty.
Absolute minimal attention given to the car.

Possibly wrong wash program selected by attendant?? Did not see the triple colour detergent that is normal for the wash program that I paid for.

Very poor experience. Unacceptable for the expensive wash that I selected and the generous tip.

Recommend management increase oversight. Have been driving out of my way to use this car wash for years but regrettably will go to another nearer car wash if this low quality continues.

Update: This car wash now apparently fined £45,000 for employing illegal people. Owner might have been better to spend money on training and legitimate employees.
