First time to the IMO car wash in Elgin but it will also be the last. Only gave a 3 star as the car was cleaned very well. I can imagine that the car wash had been pretty busy that day as it was... もっと見る

Bought a wash on the app, pulled up ti be told it doesn't work and charged again for the wash. So despite paying twice it still had bird mess on!

Charged twice

Absolutely use again,please set up an IMO closer to Banff though, Elgin is still quite a trek

The staff and service are always brilliant and a very simple to use application on your mobile phone makes it easy to buy either one wash or multiple washes before you even get there. I only use IMO and trust them with my car implicitly
