IMO Car Wash - Elmers End レビュー 86

Went to the IMO Car Wash at Elmers End using a prepaid voucher on my phone. It wasn't that busy, although there were about six cars behind me, but the staff seemed more interested in rushing cars through than doing a proper job.
My car got a very quick splash of water before I was sent into the wash, very close to the car in front. Because of that, the soap only seemed to start spraying when half my car had already gone past the dispenser. The whole front half of the car, up to around the driver's door, got little or no soap at all.
I sounded my horn to try and get someone's attention, but nobody took any notice. Then, halfway through the wash, the whole system stopped. I suspect it was because the cars were being sent through too close together.
By the time I got out, there were so many cars queued up that it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to go back and complain. I just left.
IMO can be good value, but this experience was poor. The whole thing felt rushed, the wash wasn't done properly, and nobody seemed interested when there was a problem. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

A man who worked there started shouting at me. He bagan taking pictures of me in my car. I asked for the manager. He called the manager on the phone and started saying nasty lies about me. I requested to speak to him. He said no

As always a pleasure using the wash, staff are attentive & friendly. It’s my goto car wash as my car is parked under a tree so as I’m sure you can image plenty of blossoms from the tree and birds (you can imagine the rest). The ceramic coating has kept my paint looking like new even after two years. The app is easy to use and I often buy washes in bulk.

Professional staff and very good service every time

Service was so poor ,pre spray guu sprayed only one wheel, other guy brushed only one side of the car ,after my car dried was not enough clean stains all over the car ,had to wash it again with local car wash.
Don't recommend Elmers end branch

The way the person was telling me how to use thr app was a bit rude. I was asking if I can pay via app and it wasnt a pleasant conversation. Not a great place to go ever and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I love coming here. I buy a prepaid wash pack (the more you buy the more you save) and show the QR code to the guy there, he scans it and off we go.
The only reason I gave 4 stars, is that recently the car doesn't get dried as much as it used to.

The foam gun was not available, again, for my Ultra HD wash at the Elmers End branch. I resent paying for a service I don't receive.

I felt very rushed. The staff worked quickly hosing down before I drove the car into the car wash. The water looked filthy but seemed to clean ok. Windows were streaky though.

Bought ceramic xtr for free triple foam wash.
Nothing received

The car was left with soap all over the back window, wing mirrors and not dried in various places. When dried there were dirty “drip marks” all over the car, especially the front window.

Really friendly car wash. Sometimes I can find these places quiet daunting (silly I know) but they are very straightforward and kind when it was obvious I wasnt sure what wash etc to get. Clean car... happy customer

Paid almost £10.50 for car wash and when car came out it was almost as dirty as it went in just washed but not cleaned. seems like all fancy names but no actual cleaning power in the chemicals being used. I would prefer to go back to hand car wash and pay £8 which will be much better service and better cleaning quality.
Staff more interested in taking payment rather than actually cleaning the car.
