First time I’ve taken my car to IMO car wash and it won’t be the last, a fantastic service and the car was immaculate!!

What an amazing job! My car was filthy and covered in algae after a long winter. The staff spent a long time removing all of the debris and plant life, performing 2 full pressure washes of the car and getting into all the crevices. I was astonished with the difference this made. Thank you IMO Car Wash!

Paid £18 for an IMO car wash in Huddersfield and it was really disappointing. The pre-wash didn’t happen at all — the staff member supposed to do it didn’t even touch the car. After going through the wash, it was still dirty, and I ended up having to clean and dry it myself at home.
Definitely not worth the money and not the standard you’d expect for the price. Really frustrating experience.

The gentleman who took care of me was very polite and professional. And I found the location of the vacuum bays directly after the end of the car wash very convenient.

Easter Sunday and opened .fabulous.

Paid for the Graphene G60 and was told when I arrived that I wouldn’t be able to have it due to my roof box. Why was I not made aware of this when purchasing the wash? Also, I only had 3 days to use it then it expires this is absolutely useless to me as I work full time. I have sent 3 emails contacting asking them to refund or give me a voucher and heard no response in over a month. Why bother having customer service if you aren’t going to reply. What an absolute joke of a company

I asked the attendant to give my wheels a good pre wash. He didn't great job, and when our came out of the car wash it was perfect considering it hadn't been wash for a long time.

Lots of marks left on car. Attendants vary. Some give a good pre-wash, others like yesterday can't be bothered. Not good for ultra hd wash. May as well had cheaper one, or gone to different car wash.

On new years day did car valeted for me and it was amazing job so happy with the results amazing job

I visited the IMO car wash today in Huddersfield, I asked if possible that winter moss be removed from the roof, the gentlemen did a really good job and made sure it was all off, he gave my car a thorough outside clean. I was very impressed and to top it off I got a ginger bread man scent which was a nice aroma whilst driving away.

Purchased the eco wash, on the app it states you get a car wash with shampoo, a wheel wash and the attendant sprays the stubborn area prior. only to arrive at the location for the attendant to tell me I only get water and no shampoo with the eco wash. Waste of money. Car was still dirty. Information on the app needs updating advising this.

Check my profile I rarely ever leave reviews, probably 2/3 not sure, I went today to IMO in Huddersfield on Bradford Road to get the car washed, been driving past it a few times never tried the automatic car washes, thought I’d give it a go.

Whilst my car was going through the wash, I already felt like something was going to go wrong, the brushes felt like a double barrel shotgun hitting the car, extremely aggressive from the front to back, to the point where I wanted the wash to finish so I could get out ASAP, upon leaving the bay where the car gets washed I noticed my side mirror was bending in the opposite direction…

I have auto folding mirrors so this worried me a lot as I thought the full mirror had snapped and broken backwards, which if it did would have costed me a BOMB if I was to get the part from & fitted from dealers which I always do if I need a part.

I jumped out the car and pushed it back in, LUCKILY my car alongside others I’m sure, have a feature where the side mirrors car bend backwards incase of cars clipping the mirror to avoid them breaking and snapping completely which I am grateful my car has, if it was not for that, my side mirror was gone, so for all those who do have cars with normal side mirrors do not go to this auto car wash, it will either snap your mirrors of due to the force or damage something else.

Once I got home I also noticed paint that was scratched off my front bumper in multiple different spots and a scratch on the front bumper! Before you say it, no this was not there before I know my car and see it every day these are all fresh marks. You can see in the images I have attached, this has really pissed me off as this will not be cheap to repair, if it was a small dot I could have gone over this with a touch up pen.

The bottom splitter area, just under the headlight are the areas where the paint got affected and also where the big scratch is.

I stressed how I want my alloys and tyres done well, nothing was done, it was all basic with brake dust still on the alloys, paid £12 for a basic car wash, and to go get your car DAMAGED, you are better off going to your local Kurdish wash £5 wash n go 🤣

I rarely leave reviews but this one had to go up to save others from a potential mistake!
