It's nice and efficient if there's a short queue. The wash is ok but the drying doesn't do a great job and by the time I was back home there was wet dirty watermarks everywhere.

It's nice and efficient if there's a short queue. The wash is ok but the drying doesn't do a great job and by the time I was back home there was wet dirty watermarks everywhere.

Being able to scan the QR code and pay for the wash you want on busy days is a really helpful feature. There was lots of people working and the queue went down quickly.

I had an excellent experience at this car wash. The staff were very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They cleaned my car both inside and out very quickly, and it was left absolutely spotless.
I had some stubborn stains on the back seats that other valet services couldn’t remove before, but the team here managed to get rid of them completely. They even took the time to explain what type of cleaning solution they used and how they treated the stains.
I’m really impressed with the quality of the service and the attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Very attentive and professional service, my car always looks great after visiting IMO in Kidlington!
The only complaint is that the left hand "wheel scrubber" has been out of action for many months, aren't you able to fix it? It means that I need to use a microfibre cloth to clean the stubborn dirt off those wheels. Please get this sorted guys. Apart from that small moan, excellent service!

This is second time I got disappointed with the service at Kidlington IMO car wash. The dryer still not working, even though staff told it is working before the wash. Not happy.

Leaves water marks all over meaning the car still wet and not dry . Someone should dry the car down at the end of the cycle

Usually the chaps give the car a good going over with power washer, they sprayed my wheels. I had lots of white dried on polish from me trying to polish my car with a hand polisher. I put it through the car wash to get all that off and it came out still there. So the car wash ultra hd did nothing. Waste of time and £14. NOT HAPPY.
