When you offer a prewash service I expect a bit more than some product sprayed on my car, a quick power wash and just the back of the car scrubbed for literally 2 seconds. There was a large queue and I feel the service was rushed. Not just on my car but every car waiting.
When a different employee works there he gives each car a lot more effort and brushes the whole car!

Didn't have to wait long, the location of the car wash was very good and is better value when buying a bundle of washes together. The staff were very quick when pre-treating the car and got me back under way again quickly. Very happy with the service at Leven. The Ultra HD option works well for my car (an EV) and brightens the metallic red very well.

Love this car wash. My daughter does too, she's 2 and they always give her a lolly and me a air freshner. Evem without that. Its still the best car wash around here.

The process for booking the car washes prior to arriving is very simple and straightforward.
The overall experience is great as well - generally only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes for the car wash to be completed.
The staff are always polite and friendly as well.

Pre wash not very good at all. Alloys were still dirty. Casing of wing mirror knocked off during wash. Won’t use again.

Back end of car was not rinsed properly and still had soap suds on car, didn’t notice till I was already home.

Scraped at the passenger side. The man kept telling me to drive over to the left ..: the result being that the mirror pranged and the car mirror and side door is all scraped.

Came to the car wash and spent £12.35 on an ultra HD wash. I was next in queue for my car to go through and the car wash broke down. I was told I could wait 10-15 minutes for this to be fixed or just leave so I said I would wait after already paying for the service. After 20 minutes I was told it was taking too long to fix and that I was better to just leave. I asked then if I could get a refund since I never received the service and I was firmly told “no”. Do not recommend, workers very rude.

The car wasn't as clean as its been before still had dirt on top of the wings and bonnet think it was the things that hang down at the end of the wash paid £12 but had to wash when got home which isn't ideal but hey ho

That new guy was so RUDE I showed him mobile code and said I'm paying by card and put my phone forward he started shouting at me "speak English" " speak louder" LOL when I asked his name he shouted "non of your business don’t come here" and started hitting my car with his brush Remember I've been there no problems ever.

I attended the Leven car wash on the 18/03/26. Customer service was great, worker was polite and well mannered. Overall great service with great results.

All good but assistants can be very impatient when asking you to move forward. They should bear in mind you have to come out of neutral, choose drive and carefully go forward in a confined space. I think it took me 10 seconds but wasn't quick enough by the impatience look on the assistants face. There was no more cars behind me!

The machine malfunctioned and if I hadn’t emergency braked my 1 week old car I hold have been severely damaged! Worker apologised but only said ‘oh I don’t think the sensor picked up your big car’

Always use this car wash, friendly service
