Purchased the car wash and got into the queue before the attendant came to politely say I wouldn't be able to carry on with a roof rack on the car. There was no forewarning message or sign, like in alternative car wash machines.

Not a long waiting time, fast app scanning for wash program selection.
Unfortunately no soft brushes on the end and loads of not dried water droplets everywhere.

Not very helpful

For the last 3 washes over a 3 month period the last polish roller doesn’t even come down to polish the car. This should be fixed by now customers are kinda getting half a service they pay for.

The clean was not great quality, there was still dirt on my car at the end, which was disappointing.

Bought a pair of washes online using the app to clean the car today before heading off to a funeral in North Wales tomorrow. When I got to the car wash this morning there was a sign saying it was closed for maintenance. Turns out it’s closed all day.

good and easy to use car wash, although several places with dirt left on,drying was good as only left a few water markd on the bodywork.Could not see the prices or different washes until I got right up to wash entrance I will download the app next time as cheaper prices and will be easire to use.

Car wash itself was fine. But you had removed the pay by card option. I have no smartphone, but luckily had my wife with me who could do it. But won't be using again as won't be able to pay.

Absolutely appalling service at IMO Car Wash in Cribbs.

I had already PRE-PAID for a wash on the app and arrived at 6:40pm when they don’t close until 7pm. There were still two cars actively going through the wash, yet the employee refused to let me in and put a closed sign directly in front of my car without even bothering to come over and explain.

I then had to drive up to him myself to ask what was going on and reminded him I had already paid and they were still open. He looked at his watch and still refused, saying they needed to clean and shut the machine down. If that’s the case, maybe don’t advertise a 7pm closing time or allow people to pre-pay for a service you won’t provide.

The attitude was unbelievably rude too. When I said I’d already paid, he just shrugged it off and said I could “come back another time when we’re open.” Completely unacceptable. Waste of fuel, waste of time, and terrible customer service.

What makes it worse is this isn’t even the first time I’ve arrived before the advertised closing time and found them already shut or refusing customers.

I never normally write reviews, but I was so angry after this experience that I felt I had to. I won’t be returning and I’ll be contacting customer services for a refund. Avoid if you actually expect them to honour their opening hours.

IMO Asda Patchway. Paid £19 for the premium Ceramic wash. Car was NOT properly cleaned. Submitted photos to customer service and received full refund - but don’t waste your time queuing and going there to still need to get your car cleaned after!

Despite long queues, once in it was a great service. Went for the standard wash and dry. Frustratingly had to go over areas (rear windscreen, boot, numberplates, wheel arch) after as still dirty but maybe that's down to the shape of my car. I paid via app

Fast and easy I paid online do when I turned up the attendant quickly sorted me out and I was done in about 15 minutes as the queue was short. Happy with the result.
I will use them again.

The young man doing the jet washing before entering the car wash was very through and explained that he tried his best to remove the bird poo on the bonnet but didn’t want to jet wash it too hard in case he damaged the paint work. I very much appreciated this and thought it was very considerate.

Paid for the highest tier and it didn’t clean my alloys at all

Easy quick pay option using QR code. Staff friendly and helpful as I often feel a little anxious going to car washes. Staff were patient and reassuring.

The wash was poor! Car still dirty. Wheels not touched. Bird poo on the boot and roof still! So disappointed!

Good car wash, didnt have to wait too long.

Posters at the wash advise paying through the app. Bought a wash but it didn't show up in the app. Manager refused to let me go through the wash even though he could see I had paid. Made it clear it was my problem not his (or IMOs). Ended up paying again as I really needed the car washed.
