first time using IMO
This was my first time using IMO and it couldn't have gone any better. The staff were great and explained about putting car into neutral and just sit back and enjoy the ride. Very quick, and very clean car at the end. I will be back.

Had triple wash on pre wash young man…
Had triple wash on my car first they done a pre wash young man was concentrating on a area on the car I thought great do a good job when finished went home had look around to find 50pence size of top lacquer missing went back spoke to so called Manager he said you had bird poo on car and the sun must have softened the varnish and there is nothing we can do so I paid £7.50 for damage that will cost me over £100+ to put back as it was stay away from this car wash
