I had an issue with my Emma Three monitor mount where one of the monitors was not level with the rest. They sent me all equipment under warranty to resolve the issue. We also discovered that my desktop had slightly bowed. Not only did they replace my desktop under warranty, but they fabricated a support bracket for it. 10 out of 10 would buy a desk from them again.

Great customer service with replacement part
I broke one of the cord covers on my dual monitor arms (was my bad, not a product issue) and wanted to get replacements. I reached out to iMovR using the âContact Usâ form and had a reply with a couple days. Juliette was super friendly and knowledgeable, included an image in the email to make sure we were talking about the same thing, and got me set up for ordering the replacement plus a couple extra (just in case). I was planning to pay for the replacement since it was totally my fault the item broke, but they decided to provide it as under warranty instead. Completely unexpected, and definitely appreciated. Iâm impressed with both the product and people of iMovR, theyâre top notch.

Received Wrong Color
We had to return our white cords in exchange for black cords, since we ordered 10 black cords and received 10 white which is not ideal. Also, the items did not all look brand-new. Customer service was good, however.

I was having a hard time deciding what color I wanted to choose for the desk. I reached out on chat to ask for more photos of the colors I was interested in and they sent me a ton of photos and even offered a free sample. I had a great experience with the customer service and the product is awesome. 10/10 recommend!

I had a very quick response with easy step by step instructions to reset my desk and everything is working like new again. We are currently looking at adding another desk set up to our office and will definitely be purchasing from Imovr. Can't recommend enough!
Quality product, worth the money!
Started a new job that was 100% remote and didnât have the best setup. Built a custom desk with a drawer through the website that was shipped via freight directly to my house. They were kind of enough to drop the pallet in my garage as well.
Easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. Iâve moved since owning it and while disassembling the same way it was shipped didnât work out for me, I was able to remove the entire base assembly from the top and reduce the weight. Iâm sure itâs possible to properly disassemble the legs but I didnât have the necessary pry bar at the time and removing a couple of screws wasnât so bad.
Either way, itâs definitely worth the money if you donât buy a separate stand and build your own custom top.
Great Transparency & A Quality Desk!
It took me a while to find a desk maker I could trust... Lately, the more I dig into products the more I find that it's all just marketing fluff and that the support teams have no idea what materials are toxic or not and why. Not so here. iMovR has a support page that other manufacturers across all industries should envy for its transparency and highly informative tone (I can't link to it but it's called "Environmental Aspects of How iMovR Solid Wood Products are Produced"). There, they go into detail about what materials go into their desks and why, complete with Safety Data Sheets and what alternatives you may request. Wow. For this reason, I was more than willing to pay a premium for my zero-VOC solid wood top desk. To confirm my order I had to call in since this is outside the normal purchase flow, but that was a great experience as well. Support was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and well informed, including: actually going and asking for information instead of saying e.g. "I've been here 6 years and nobody has ever had a problem with that" -- as if that helps anything. Amazing! If I bought desks every day I'd want to do it here. As for the final product? It's wonderful! I got the walnut select solid wood desktop with linseed oil finish and it's as quality as the name implies. There's nothing bad to say about this company or product.
