From the first submission of our design the communication was excellent. An email confirming receipt of request, an email telling us it was with the design folks, an email from those people showing the proofs for confirmation. Another one telling us it had been packed and posted. Not to mention how it turned up and turned out beautifully. Very happy with the final results.

Only problem was the specific trophies ordered the Hockey players are backwards (mirror imaged) on the front of the trophy where the silver plaques were placed.
