Wrong part was sent after I placed the order one (1) MONTH ago. Had I known the order was coming from Spain I NEVER would have ordered. I have turned the whole thing over to PayPal and I hope I'll get 100% refund from this business. Do Not do business with them, it's bait & switch IMHO. I just placed a new order on Ebay for correct part, less money and it will be here in 3 days NOT 30 DAYS...

These are not what was advertised. They don’t have the trigger they are just a cheap ball valve.

Well I thought that it was supposed to be a trigger spout but what I got was a twist valve, it will work but I wanted the trigger spout for the 30$ I payed for not a twist valve.

No breather, push button or is it remotely like it's described.

The item I ordered from their website is not what I received and they are adamant that is correct. I’ve been in touch and they won’t refund either in fact they want me to pay for shipping costs back to China! I’ve sent them pictures of the item shown on there site and what I received and they are still saying it’s correct! Absolutely disgusting! I shall never use them again.

They sent me a different product that is not from the VP Racing brand, without the trigger… I'm very upset and I want my money back

These people are scammers ..., they will send you a fake item, months after youve paid them ,,,then offer you 2USD refund for compensation for them sending you a fake item...

Imitation item sent - ordered a Jose Cuervo skull bottle and received a “day of dead “ skull bottle in a battered box that is nothing like the one in picture nor has any labelling on bottle or box saying Jose Cuervo.

This was after it was shipped several weeks later than promised and I was told various stories about it already being shipped, customs returns and courier delays - all of which no tracking could be provided for until it did ship via china post.

Had cheek to offer me $4 compensation but have declined and will wait for PayPal refund.

Can’t say for all their products but I’d certainly be very weary of buying anything that is trademarked in case it’s not what you expect when it arrives as was case for me.

I think your product description should very clearly state the item(s) are being shipped from Italy and to expect potentially a 2-week shipping duration. I also didn't like having to request the additional processing fees to be removed for using PayPal. Although I do appreciate these fees being removed.

Order took a little time to get here, was packaged well. When I opened it up, what I received wasn’t what was ordered. It was supposed to to have a push style release valve, and I got a twist on and off 1/4 turn valve in the hose. It will work, but it’s not what was advertised.
