Great tasting and effective!
With proper diet, and exercise I'm seeing results with L-carnitine. It definitive helps with my recovery, especially when I squat heavy on leg days. If your looking to cut and need some assistance in recovery this is the go-to supplement.

I usually purchase my supplements through EBay or Amazon but haven't since using Inbox Fitness . I have compared prices and they're hard to beat with free shipping. I just can't go wrong.
