Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces レビュー

Matt came to the house for a consultation and gave us some great ideas for our fireplace, he was really friendly and put us at ease regarding the work. We were booked in very quickly and the guys that carried out the work were very efficient, friendly and respectful of our property, everything was left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend Incendium to anyone Thanks Matt, great job.

can not fault these guys they were brilliant, they were very efficient and explained it all through out, the 2 fitters were very friendly and nice and explained what they were doing, and left no mess. i am very satisfied and would highly recommend them to any one.

Quite simply, professional from the initial enquiry through to the execution of the job and standard of workmanship.

What a brilliant company! Mathew has been so helpful from start to finish - especially when my scaffolder let me down at the last minute. The team showed up and installed 2 log burners in 1 day - leaving my house cleaner than it was before! I wish every company treated its customers like they do.

Incendium Stoves, Excellent quality of work, helpful friendly staff and happy to talk options through with you. Reasonably priced for the market and would have no hesitation recommending for a new stove or a service

Multi-fuel stove ordered and fitted. Matt came across initially and gave us outline and quote of what would happen. The 2 fitters did a splendid job, polite, hard-working and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended company. Thanks again.

Great service right the way through, from the survey to the installation, the lads who installed the woodburner did a great job. All sorted in a day, would definitely recommend to anyone

Matt visited me for the initial survey, & spent nearly an hour patiently answering my many questions, I knew little about wood burning stoves and he has a vast knowledge and wealth of experience. Matt and his Team were very professional and nothing was too much trouble throughout, even though I changed my mind on the stove I wanted, & then changed it back again, Matt was patient and understanding. The stove was fitted with little disruption and nowhere near as much mess as I had anticipated, I had my fireplace knocked out, and everything was explained clearly to me at the various stages of work.
Everything was completed within a day, and I am very happy with the outcome. I am very happy with the service I received from Matt and his Team, and would not hesitate to highly recommend Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces, great customer service at a good price.

Efficient and friendly - super service all round.

Excellent service from first inspection to final installation. Quotation covered exactly what we had requested and we are really happy with our new stove and flue.

I would highly recommend Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces. Very friendly and professional. Just took a few hours. They explained how to work the burner. No mess and very reasonably priced.

Really friendly and accommodating company, the stove is in the ideal position and works brilliantly. No hesitation giving them 5 stars.

Second time we’ve used Incendium to install our wood burner and once again they’ve done a great job. Matty & Stewart turned up exactly when they said they would and were in and out before the morning was over. Would recommend to anyone.

We chose Incendium because of their comprehensive portfolio demonstrating the fantastic renovation of fireplaces. From the initial enquiry to the installation Matthew and the team were fantastic and kept us up-to-date throughout.

I would highly recommend Incendium, as I have already, to all family and friends.
