Incomm Benefits provided us an expert guide in Val Meyer to walk us through the details of our HSA and FSA transition. We have been so pleased with her knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the project, while making this an easy project to implement. She had a detailed and thorough project plan that walked us through each step. She politely followed up to keep us on task and was available to speak with our employees about their services, the benefits, and the considerations they needed to review. I've been using InComm Benefits HSA for just over a year but I've been an HSA user for 15 years. InComm has such a unique - and frankly refreshing - HSA. Not only do I get cash back on every purchase, but I have my bank account connected to my Backup, which means I can get both milk and aspirin at the store, only swiping my card once, and the right items come out of the right account (HSA vs Backup).

Been using this HSA for a couple of years now, and it's fixed many of my earlier pain points. No need to carry the plastic, as it works with my phone wallet. made it very easy to invest my HSA $s (in a Schwab account). The 2% cashback doesn't hurt either :)

The mobile app is great for tips on expense eligibility and also tracking expense reimbursements, including travel.

Highly recommended.

oh, and great customer support options.

I love getting 2% cash back every time I use my debit. I don't think any other HSA companies are doing that. When I am at the store and I use my debit card, I like the immediate notification of the card transaction and how much cash back I just earned.

So easy to get started and I can't believe I am actually getting 2% back on my transactions. Finally a benefit that actually benefits me!
