I’ve used inkedibles for several of my custom cake orders. Their products are great quality.

What made my experience great was, how patient Robert was with me. I'm a woman of a certain age, and is not really computer savvy, but Robert was very professional and patient. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. He also followed up with me, with the issues i was having with my cartridges. And he also finished up setting up my printer on Valentine's Day.
I was happy, but felt bad at the same time, that he was kind enough to finish setting up my printer. I'm sure he could have been doing anything else, but he chose to help me set up my printer. You guys have a jewel on your team! May God Bless you all!

Robert is wonderful! He was patient & engaging. In addition to getting me all set up, he was nice to chat with. Thoroughly explained what he was doing, and offered tips for my printer. A valuable asset to Inkedibles!

Read the fine print! Very last line past all the ordering stuff says takes 3 days to process an order. Made an order, paid for 2-3 day shipping. They charge you instantly but it wasn't until I sent an email 3 days later asking when to expect it that I got the confirmation email and tracking info saying it would arrive in another 3 days. Obviously did not receive the item on time and the 30 day return policy doesn't apply to anything edible (everything they have except the printers, even ink cartridges are edible) so if it's late or messed up that's too bad.

Exceptional customer service. I needed one item for a last-minute order I had received, and Robert was on it straight away for me! I was only hoping something could be done, and Robert made it happen. I have used a few times over the last few years and the service and product quality is second to none.

I have never ever had customer service this outstanding! Robert Williams is a HUGE asset to your company. After I received my printer I was very overwhelmed because I'm an Apple person and I haven't used a regular pc in twenty years. Needless to say I was a very challenging customer! What was supposed to be an hour to an hour and a half turned into two full days. Robert was so kind and patient, never got frustrated with me and he had to teach me every aspect that had to be done. Wow!!! I was feeling very intimidated and frustrated and he got me through all of this with his kindness, professionalism and patience. This was a huge investment for me and had I not had Robert to spend all that time with me I would be lost and so overwhelmed and extremely upset with myself for making such a big purchase. As a business owner I know how important it is when someone is representing your company. I can't say enough about my experience with Robert. Please thank him again for me!

I am very pleasantly surprised and happy with my recent experience!! They reply same day to my emails and rectify the situation quickly! I emailed this morning about my issue and it was fixed by 4pm same day!

Be aware! The picture printed was great but picture was completely melted after 30 min on the cake. It’s a basic homemade frosting and the picture didn’t last at all. Surprise ruined… I think it can only be used on hard icing not creamy frosting. I hoped they would have mention it more in the informations on how to use.

I recently bought an edible printer kit from Inkedibles and I was very impressed from their customer service to the incredibly fast shipping time, I will definitely be ordering other materials I need from them! I accidentally ordered the same printer twice (oops) and customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive in refunding one. Not to mention the printer works great, I am very happy with my purchase!

Another site abruptly cancelled my order. I found the inkedibles site in a panic with only days left to the event. I started to chat online to my delight and relief, found an actual real person! Patrick entered my order and made sure it would be delivered within days. The drink toppers were a hit. Note they are best on foamy drinks but for the effect, we just put them on everything.

I’m so grateful for the fantastic service! I had trouble applying a discount to my order, so I contacted support through email. Sam was exceptionally kind and efficient—he resolved the issue in no time, making everything seamless and stress-free. Huge thanks for the outstanding customer care!

They charge you a lot for shipping, more than what you pay on the website, and when you go to pick it up from Canada Post, you have to pay more.
I paid $63 for $89 $ shipping, and the distance is only seven kilometers from my house to this company. I called customer service, who didn't reply to me at first, and after the third email, they replied to me and said We cannot pay you anything or take a return.

Patrick helped me place an order using store credit I had on my account. He was prompt and courteous during our interaction.

Excellent customer service. Items exactly as ordered. Good quality. Decently priced. Hard to find a business that cares about their customers these days. Will definitely purchase again and recommend this business to family and friends. Thank you.

Great response times from sales/customer service. Had issue with applying a coupon and they resolved very quickly.
