Excellent quality DTF with a very quick turnaround

I enquired with this company about sublimation ink as im a complete newbie, they sent me lots of useful info and answered any questions I had. Placed my order to here in Ireland arrived very quickly, the only downside and nothing to do with the company is stupid custom charges. Will definitely use again and highly recommend

100% cannot fault inkexperts, Print Quality on point and We Personally deal with Alex in customer Service and he is very too the point and professional which is how business should be run. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My first order for sublimation items with Ink Experts, usually opting for a cheaper brand. The difference between their supplies is indescribable. Super clear, vibrant prints on my mugs! The ink is great and very easy to convert my print into sublimation. The ICC profile was a free add on with the inks and is amazing! All instructions received were helpful, especially on the sub paper! Will be ordering again and are now my regular supplier! Can’t wait for some of their other bits to come into stock (heat presses etc). I also follow them on tik tok, look out for my posts where I’ll tag Ink Experts products in! @thecraftycactus

I honestly cannot rate these highly enough. Their customer support is fantastic, in particular Alex and Christian. Every time I have a technical issue they help me fix it. I'm on my 3rd epson sublimation printer and they've helped me set it up with the colour profiles and everything I need.

When I had to swap to their premium paper Alex looked at my photos of printouts and gave me settings changes to make so I matched my previous prints so I didn't have to redo all my product photography. Then when I had issues with it not working again Alex looked at all my screenshots and got me working again that day, essential when you have customer delivery dates to meet!

I only wish they wouldn't go out of stock of things so often but that just goes to show how good they are for sublimation supplies!

I bought Sublinova ink with a specific ICC profile for an Epson ET printer. For some reason the profile wasn’t working correctly and they were tireless in resolving the issue. Very helpful and very quick to respond to all my emails. Extremely happy with this company. Many thanks.

Amazing support and customer service from Alex at Ink Experts. I have been using this company for 4 years for my business & for there sublimation printers, heat presses & sublimation blanks. The quality of there products are the best and highly recommended, also the customer support is second to none, response time to my queries are always very quick and I always get my queries answered. I had an urgent printer issue this week which was during the busy Christmas season & Alex supported me all the way and resolved my issue which I am very grateful for. Excellent company!

they use fedex losers as couriers.. waited in friday.. NOTHING.. had to wait in monday .. 7pm delivery.. left on my doorstep for anyone to steal !!! .. they state the van is out 9am.. yet then it's "till 10pm" they deliver.. sorry thats rubbish, when you are spending £300+ . thankfully it wasn't stolen.
