Inky Little Fingers レビュー

Customer service is very helpful. They will call you directly if the problem is too technical to clearly explain via email. Plus, they will call you back if they are busy or missed you call. Furthermore, they are very patient to explain everything.

The staff at Inky Little Fingers were incredibly helpful with guidance and suggestions and very very patient. The resulting book is fantastic. Can't recommend them more highly.

The service has been absolutely amazing, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

Excellent quality, as always. Highly recommend this company!

Dealing with Inky Little Fingers was a very happy experience. Excellent helpful and patient service at a very competitive price.
It is important to follow the guidance given and then the results are faultless.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any aspiring writer. The book they produced for me was of top quality. I was absolutely delighted.

Almost magically Inky Little Fingers made a very professional book from my memoirs. They were unfailingly helpful whenever I phoned and made the whole process very easy. I appreciated the help at a cost of £20 of designing the cover. The remainder of the book had been written on my iMac using Pages. I found this familiar and easy even though it struggled with a large number of photos. I turned it into a PDF and Inky Little Fingers seem to have no difficulty using it.
The total cost was great value for money.

Nice Job on printing and binding hardback books. Many thanks.
Very good customer service as always.

Excellent. The link to place the order was easy to follow, the service was exceptional and the final product was beautiful. Thank you very much Inky!

Working with Inky Little Fingers was a complete delight. I only wanted three books but was treated as royally as if it was an order for 3,000. My books are beautiful and I am one extremely happy customer.

From start to finish my experience with Inky Little Fingers - and particularly Suzannah - was just brilliant. Ordering during a pandemic I wasn’t sure how long the process would take or whether there would be delays to the service, but the whole system of ordering, processing proofs (including a hard copy) and then delivery was absolutely seamless. I felt that I was kept up to date at each point and that my order, which didn’t seem huge to me, was seen as important and given time and effort - so I felt really valued as a customer. I would not hesitate to order from them again and will be strongly recommending the company. The finished product is beautiful and everyone has commented on the quality and finish of the books. Thank you so much!

Outstanding support.

Great service and very helpful and patient throughout the whole production process. Awesome help during covid 19 period aswell.

I have used inky little fingers twice now. I have been so pleased with their service. Their customer care is exemplary. Suzanne dealt with my order and was so helpful, personally sorting any concerns, so when I took delivery of my hard back books today they were exactly what I hoped for and I am delighted with the quality. Mine was a small order but received first class service from start to finish. I would recommend this printing company to anyone who wants a great service for a good price. Thankyou inky little fingers.

Great quality books and service.

Very happy with the finished hardcover book. Very helpful with artwork and proofing.

Excellent quality printing and binding service and reasonably priced.

Queries answered (although on line payment tabs did not work Helpline enabled me to pay ok). Quality great. Speedy service with good information on progress. Thank you

Inky has printed & bound (PUR) three books to date for this publisher and will be entrusted with the next. That, surely, is adequate testimony.

A first class job on printing and, as ever, Mark was very helpful when
it came to helping me sorting out problems with re-sizing my cover designs...
