customer service is appaling
they told us it was going to be delivered next day and it wasn't delivered for 4 days even though we had paid for next day delivery. When speaking to them on the phone they were very blunt and as if they were doing us a favour. Also we had to chase for the deposit to be given back.

We are sorry that on this occasion there was an issue with a third party courier which delayed the arrival of your test equipment, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this will have caused as we appreciate how important having kit on-site, on time is â we were able to reschedule the delivery for the next available working day but appreciate that was only a consolation in this case.
Referencing the deposit - Our technicians carry out post-hire service and checks, which can take a couple of days. Once this process has been completed, we refund the deposit, as was the case in this instance.
