Great service

After care review
Bought a fiido m1 pro from this shop and while its a great bike the front brake did not work and was still in warranty and when I contacted them they told me I would be paying 100 euro for delivery and collection of the bike to get the bike checked by a member of staff
That is not customer service to expect someone to pay that for a bike thats still under warranty
Im happy to change the review if they rectify the problem but until then the review will stay up

When I bought the bike I was not made aware of any of this when purchasing so it seems inner city scooters are happy to take your money but no after care for your purchase
Expecting someone to pay 100 euro transport fee for a bike is disgraceful

Hi James,
Your order was placed on the 31st and delivered within 7 days via DPD in the original box, arriving on the 7th of April. Sorry to hear about the front brake.
Your bike is under warranty and we fully acknowledge that, so we are happy to assist with the claim. What our policy does not include is free collection. As with all bikes, warranty repairs require the customer to send the bike to us, which is why we always advise keeping the box.
If you cannot send it yourself, we already offered to arrange collection and delivery at the quoted cost. We will sort the brake the moment the bike reaches us.

Update (2nd July):
Every order is eligible for free return within 14 days of delivery. After that, warranty claims require the customer to send the item to us. This is the process every customer has followed since we started trading, and no retailer offers free collection outside the 14-day window.
Your warranty stands. Send the M1 Pro in and we will sort the brake straight away, or we can arrange paid collection if you prefer.
The offer remains open and the warranty repair is ready to go the moment the bike reaches us.
