I have Been buying innokin products for years and never had a problem with a product. I recently bought x2 new innokin vape kits and opened and charged them both. I started to use one and had no prob. I then used the second and noticed the tank was not working properly. I contacted innokin customer services and sent them a picture of the tank and receipt for the products. Innokin then contacted me and asked me for the serial number on the box and when I explained disposed to the box they sad they could not help under the warranty as I did not have the box with the serial number. Come on customer services where is your after sales care. You will not be keeping your customers at this rate. It’s only a faulty tank could have easily replaced the faulty one.

Terrible quality products that'll fail in less than 2 months. They will data harvest you in order to warranty a product, request that you send them a video, a ton of info and the defective device (this device only costs £10) yet they want you to fill out a dozen forms and actually send the faulty device (potentially dangerous battery) back to them.

They purposely make this warranty procedure like this in order to stop you from doing so, they all farm your data during this process.

Stay far away, terrible service and terrible quality all around. Find a different brand.

Then you are passed to another 'support' team that ask for different information, including a video?
Do they think we are all movie directors?
It's clear they mess you about in the hope that you will give up.
As another reviewer has stated, the quality of products is disgraceful.
Coils failing completely, and some just glowing red and burning the user.
A company to avoid.

Bought from vape uk, I have decided to quit smoking 🚭 .anyways I have previously used a coolfire just before the lockdown which never had any issue with contrary to other posts on here.
I recently went back to innokin and bought their mvp pod mod. The mod works well for the most part but the instructions it came with had nothing. For the battery life so I had to youtube/Google it
Never had any firing issues and charged successfully on my phone charger. Doesn't get hot when in use Doesn't leak. Quality is still there so far. Replacement pods are good so far. Flavour is there. Will continue with pod mods as these seem more reliable. Also a shout out to Just Juice, these work well in thr side fill pods for Flavour

I have used Innokin products, specifically the T18 for years, ever since I quit smoking, and up until recently my experience has been 5 stars...however, in the last year i've not bought a single product off of them that doesn't have problems.

Their coils especially have dropped off in quality so much that they are practically unusable...with coils either not working at all, or burning almost instantly (and before any of you start i've been vaping for years, I know how to prime a tank.)

In the last 3 months i've bought 3 packs of coils, and every single one has failed or burned within 24 hours.

I brought a vape from this company worked once then refused to charge up contacted them with video pproff off what was happening and the warranty number of rhe box just went around in circles answering the same questions over and over again and then they stopped responding waste of money do not buy there products

Will never buy any innokin products again. My zlide tank leaking badly plus battery mod only lasted 1 year. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this make.

Brought an innokin go s to give up smoking in January this year the battery don't last long on these and as of march 2024 the battery has stopped charging so you get what you pay for. With regards to the tanks and coils the tanks have a good design allowing to top fill with the slide the coils I'm using are the 1.6ohm due to being a mtl vaper they last a couple days at most. So a costly way of vaping I'm still yet to find a decent mtl vape 🤔 one on order so it's gonna be a costly experiment to find a decent one that works for me.

Last few packs of 5 coils i have bought 3 out of 5 havent worked replaced my 2 e cigs thinking they were at fault but no it is the coils . E mailed them got no response have been using them for many years and had no issues until the last few months i am now £100 pounds out of pocket on e cigs and enless amount on coils.

Have been using your products for 8 years…..reliability is now crap…..cool fire packed up within 1month,t18 or t20 etc or coils are now unreliable…will be switching to a new manufacturer

Only 2 out of 5 coils work in a new pack this is a regular thing I will need to change to another brand

I have always brought from this company but my last 3 have only lasted 1-2 months, when pressed to vape it sticks and won’t stop until battery is unscrewed. They are then unusable. Are they now designed to fail? They used to be reliable but I won’t be buying anymore.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I bought the T22 Pro. Several issues from day one - duff coils, leaking, but yesterday was top of the list. Had problems charging it, left it to charge a little longer and fortunately I never leave things unnatended - the charging lead had overheated at the point of entry onto the unit, melted the plastic, and was sparking. I took it back to the shop for the first two issues but told mass produced coils often have defect, shouldn't leak so try it again. After reading some of these reviews it's gone straight in the bin, not prepared to waste any more time/money on this thing.

have purchased 2 seperate items,first a pen start kit,changed to a pro 22 kit costing £40, failed to work after a few weeks,no charging, constant leaking and not working at all. returned to shop who said not our problem contact innokin direct. several emails later told to return to shop for replacement.shop said contact direct? that did and required a video to prove it. told by shop to buy a new one although im inside a 90 day warranty,disgraceful service ,no customer care whatsoever. 3 coils out of a pack are faulty,when i asked in the shop im told they are mass produced and have to accept it,after youve paid for them! shocking company and will now go elsewhere

Brought a new Innokin vape as my previous one became faulty after a few months use (same brand and style)
Continually letting out vapour and became extremely hot, coil was glowing orange, had to dismantle through fear it would blow up. Had I not been there god knows that could have happened....Once bitten twice shy, I will never use another of their products again, no faith in the brand any more and quite frankly they are dangerous!!!

Innokin vape coils are poor to say the least . From my experience 3/5 coils are broken out of the packet . If you sell a disposal item have the consistency to get every item to work from the start

Further follow up to my earlier review my innokin ecig exploded and tons of smoke came out of it absolutely foul smelling, it burnt my carpet eventually managed to throw it outside and put water over it.

Been in contact with innokin to let them know and I have claimed a few hundred pounds for a new carpet but again got responses off them but just more brush offs and runaround’s.

Buy their products at you own risk!

I purchased a Go MX Tube and the sub tanks leak within 24 hours! I wrote the company but all I got was directions, really! I know how to read! These are not worth the money! I’ve only had 2 tanks out of 10 that didn’t leak out! Not only will you be out the $5.99 per tank you also lose your juice!

Been shopping here for all my needs in vapes and pens always delivered in great condition and speedy which is great and a wonderful selection for all. I highly recommend this site.
