Spamming my employees randomly, no legally required 'unsubscribe' link or options are given. They keep emailing even after told to stop. Finally had to block their entire domain and submit an FCC complaint. This company just doesn't take no for an answer, and does not respect when told to STOP SPAMMING people.
Avoid this company
I should have read the reviews before ordering. I still haven't received the license key for the program, which other companies usually deliver in minutes or seconds. Two months have passed, and I still haven't received it. They completely ignore small customers like me.

The worst company I have dealt with in years.
They sent the wrong product and they were impossible to get a hold of. It was an expensive laptop so I wanted to get it dealt with quickly. Zero response and the returns line goes straight to voicemail.
Had to go through a telephone system pretending to want to buy something and even then they didn't get back to me. I appealed through my CC company and once they charged them they started emailing about once a week at most.
Once the CC company had completely ruled in my favor they sent an email demanding the return in 5 days. One of the most unprofessional and terrible companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Stay away.
Cancelled an order without any notification
They are a very cheat company. I placed an order on Apr 22. My order number was 337902468; they unilaterally cancelled my order without any notification and did not give any alternative options. I found out about this after checking the order status; there is no order with this number. When I contacted them, they reported they had cancelled the order due to price issues. The company and their website sucks and try to avoid it at all cost.
I would not recommend
I ordered an item for work and when received, I opened the shipping box to see what I ordered. Realized that it was too big. I called the return number, left a message and they call me back and tell me that they will email the instruction on how to return it. Two days go by and I hear nothing from them, I call them back to follow up. I leave them a message and they call me back to tell me that I suddenly can't return the item. Terrible return policy and horrible customer service.
1st time dealing with such a company
Made an order which was put on hold, supplied my business name and VAT.
They refused to believe I was ordering for a business, they asked for proof of payment even though they had my credit carddetails, and wouldn't respond to tell me what to provide.
All this was for trying to buy a computer monitor...

It was only after we decided to give them our regular ongoing business that we realized how unresponsive they are.

Terrible
Terrible. Made an order and whilst I passed all the debit/credit card checks including the advanced authentication on a card which we use * all the time * to place orders, 4 days later they send me an email to say "we have been unable verify your details through our confidential order screening security process". What on earth does that mean? Never had that with any other supplier... ever.
They have my contact details, they could have contacted us. We have paid using a card that we use for tons of other things.
I emailed to query this, no reply.
So not only has my order not been shipped, there is a hold on our account for the value (about £700 odd) and nobody is replying.

Just a sheer lack of customer service. Had to chase multiple times and CC in the 'Client Director' to emails and still ghosted. Took our business elsewhere
Worst customer service
I shopped varrious computer equipment from insight Canada valued +$10000 for my small business. Most of the products being from Tripplite. Frist of all, they do not accept any returns and that's just unacceptable at this day and age! Every single tech store accepts returns within 30 days for their normal customers and there are far better customer services for SMBs. Imagine if you opened the box you are responsible for it unless you can prove it's a faulty product and even then they hardly accept RMAs because insight is only a sales company and the seller is some company you don't know much about.
I purchased a few Tripplite products from them which took forever to ship. The UPS was bad and I had to spend hours over the Tripplite support line trying to fix it but it never worked and they sent a replacement unit. Same thing happened with Tripplite KVM, it never worked properly and Tripplite support could not identify the issue after hours of investigation but when I returned it, Insight refused to accept it because it missed original packaging but guess what there was no original packaging. This product came in with a generic cardboard box and to me this looks like they just wanna avoid accepting returns and it's just feels really bad because I shopped a lot of stuff from this company and this is how they treat me...
I won't recommend insight and would never shop from them again. Worst experience ever even worse than Dell!

Unprofessional, unethical, and unresponsible company. They are the worst sales team ever. They are not capable of sending an order to the correct address. I agree with others, and I cant belive this company is still making money.

Ordered a Logitech MX Anywhere mouse from insight and EXACTLY 24hrs later to the minute the card pre-auth was returned to my account followed by an email from Insight saying âunable verify your details through our confidential order screening security process.

This sent red flags to me so I came to the internet so some research which is where I found these reviews.

Exactly what others are saying. This "company" is identical to CDW and has absolutely no customer service. I was assigned an account "manager", took time to respond to his initial questionnaire about my company, only to be ignored in the end. 3 emails, 2 phone calls later and I literally have zero response. The only reason why these entities still exist is because of large corporate contracts. If you are an individual or a small business you will be ignored.
Careful because it will cost you to try them on
I bought two pairs of trousers and the size was no where near , I returned and had to pay postage again so in fact I had to pay £8 in total to basically try them on and send them back ???????? So I wouldnât use them again because if they are charging the customer both ways I will use a lot of other companies that arrange free return, I canât imagine any retailer charging you £8 to try something on if you donât want them even if it is online , a lot more give you a returns label so at least half is down to them
How is this company functioning as a buisness?
I ordered two items from this company. Weeks later and only one of them has arrived. Clearly they have labeled this item as 'in stock' on their website, when it isn't in stock. I have tried numerous times to contact the company, but my phone calls are left unanswered. Their online chat is completely useless - I am unable to use the chat because I am using a personal email address not a buisness email address. How ridiculous! Basically, if you have any issues whatsoever with your order, it is not physically possible to contanct anyone within the company for help. I will never purchase from this company again, and I would advise anoyone else to think twice before purchasing from this joke of a company.
Very much doubt I'll be using this company again
First time using insight - ordered on the website but was unable to access or download the invoice for the order. After 5 different calls to Insight and getting passed from pillar to post (and incorrect email addresses and out of date contact numbers along the way!!) I was eventually directed to an email address that worked. I got my invoice a few days later which is great. I then checked my bank statement a few days later to find out Insight have charged me again for the order after issuing the invoice. I'm still waiting for a refund after another 2 phone calls and have again, been redirected to an email address. A huge amount of hassle just for a copy of an invoice. Several people I spoke to said either they, or the relevant team would contact me - never heard anything. Even tried the contact form on the website, again never heard back. Very much doubt I'll be using this company again.
How does this company continue to "function"?
Lost packages, wrong items shipped to wrong locations, no communication or follow up on outstanding orders for WEEKS TO MONTHS and when they do follow up, they completely forget issues that have been discussed MANY times. Stock never accurate, urgent orders being held for no reason, complete mayhem with credits and invoice issuing times and matching. Today, their site search is down and I can't search for products to order. I'm so fed up with this company. My plate is already full and I have to deal with endless and continuing issues with Insight on a daily basis. Absolutely unbelievable.
Annoying Experience
First, the price started fluctuating on an item I needed to order. Then, when that was fixed two days later, they needed credit card verification and never got back to me that it was all well. Thirdly, my order kept getting pushed back without a meaningful estimate. Fourth, the shipping method changed from 2 days to 7 days after the item was shipped out. Fifth, they're not available during their listed business hours, and no one will get back to you. Will never use this company neither as a customer or as a business.
