Every thing was explained and a feeling of honesty. EG, when asked about AL or AL+, it was explained the hotel only has one level of AL, Ultra, so no need to spend an extra £150pp

The price was £100pp more expensive than stated on the website. It always is. And some bullshit reason is given. Just be honest on the website!

We appreciate how frustrating it can be when the final holiday price differs from an earlier advertised price. Holiday pricing is dynamic and can change based on availability, supplier costs, flight availability, and demand. As a result, prices displayed online are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
We would never intentionally mislead customers, and our team always aims to provide a clear explanation when price changes occur. We recognise, however, that this can still be disappointing, particularly when the increase is significant.

The luxury small boat cruise in Croatia…
The luxury small boat cruise in Croatia was not as advertised. The boat was very noisy especially in our cabin ( generator) 70 dB complained to the cruise manager and captain nothing could be done. After three nights of no sleep I contacted our travel agent. The cruise director and captain amazingly could do something about it. I complained once home despite having WhatsApp messages to and from the cruise director complaining, a recording of the awful noise. Inspired/ Broadway believed the cruise company's version of events. Shockingly poor aftercare.

Dear Mr Telford, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your cruise did not meet your expectations.
When your concerns about generator noise were raised onboard, the Cruise Manager and Captain investigated and offered two alternative solutions: a cabin move or a transfer to a nearby vessel. These options were not accepted. While we recognise that your recollection of events differs from that of the cruise company, as an intermediary, our role is to gather and share information between our customers and suppliers rather than determine whose account of events is correct. We are aware that, aside from the WhatsApp correspondence with the Cruise Manager, no additional evidence was provided to support the concerns raised. As a result, the complaint and our subsequent response were necessarily based on the information and observations provided by those directly involved in the matter. It is also worth noting that generator use is a normal aspect of sailing catamaran holidays, particularly where shore power is unavailable or limited. Had any queries regarding generator operation been raised before travel, we would have been happy to provide further information. Finally, over 20 guests travelled on the same sailing and we did not receive any similar complaints regarding noise or accommodation.
Whilst we appreciate that this was your personal experience, we remain disappointed that you were unhappy with both the cruise and the outcome. We value all feedback and will continue to work with our partners to provide the best possible customer experience.

The booking process was simple
The booking process was simple, flight options were explored and recommendations made and the confirmation email was received promptly.
A few minor points, the call operators need to speak more slowly, a charge to have paper documentation is unnecessary and booking verifications together with booking codes is ott for a holiday booking.

As an online travel agent, all your documents are available online to download or to print yourself, however if you request that we print and post to you, then we do advertise a charge. For all your staff turnover seems regular, you always manage to replace with nice friendly people. It does take a little while for people to understand my requirements, they do very well. I now deal with Kayleigh who is very nice so I do hope she stays.

Good value holidays
This is the 8th year we have booked with Inspired Luxury Escapes. We have always found their offers to be genuine and good value.
The staff are always helpful and the booking process is quite straigjtforward.
