I liked the efficiency in delivery of the tutorials and the friendly service I always get from the personnel

My first encounter with Blackford Centre was when I phoned Blackford Centre and the phone was promptly answered by Hester, who answered all my questions. T Soon after I registered and paid the fees, I received my manual. I also had one or two glitches with the system, but these were dealt with promptly by Hester and support- Emma. Then Greg Smith, my tutor, sent an email introducing himself to me. I have studied many courses in the past and not once has a tutor ever personally acknowledged me as anything other than part of a group. I was further impressed when I sent my essay for the first module to my tutor, when a few hours later, I received a mark and comments from my tutor. I have also been impressed with all the extras we have been given to make our studies easier. It makes long distance studying so much easier when you have the support, but most of all Blackford Centre certainly give the impression that they want their students to succeed and they don't just see them as money coming through the door. And because of this, I am really enjoying my studying, knowing that I have the support, if needed.

So far everything has been outstanding. From the payment process and delivery of my study material was quick and easy. The people from Blackford Centre has been amazing. They constantly keep in touch to make sure you are happy with everything and that you are moving forward and understand how everything works with your studies. If you have any questions they gladly and quickly assist and so far its been a pleasure. Im looking forward to see how it goes from here. But so far its been amazing, thank you Blackford for setting a great standard thus far!!

Purchasing the course was simple and the delivery of the printed course work was swift, beautifully packaged and comprehensive.
I’m hoping this bodes well for the course itself.

I was tempted to do a course in health coaching by receiving information from a different provider on the topic. The course was initially too expensive for me and I searched to see who else would offer the course at a better price and that's how I found the Blackford Centre. The course is approximately a third of the cost of the other provider, but also from the first moment of making contact, I received prompt, friendly and helpful assistance. After enrolling, it took not even a week for my training material to be delivered, and keeping in mind this was just before the festive season! Taking all the above in consideration I can only say that thus far my opinion of The Blackford Centre, is that it is an excellent service provider and I am really looking forward to my study experience with such professional people.
My study material is also impressive, nicely summarised and easy to understand. I am really impressed with The Blackford Centre's support this far.

Helpful understands the concerns of students. Emailed on a regular basis and returned requests for information promptly.

The lady at reception had time to answer all of my questions and was very professional snd helpful.

I completed the course, It was fantastic, I learned so much and got my diploma, I was really excited about starting my new career! I even had business cards printed! And then my therapist told me that the Blackford Centre were not accredited by an independent body and it was a fake diploma! I was absolutely devastated and had to give up my dream as a child counsellor and wasted £500.

I ordered the material for the course and struggled to log in but the team was very patience and helpful. Thank you

It's a fun course, easy to understand. Modules just the right length to actually remember everything you learn. Fast delivery and response. Even helpful videos with great explanations.

I enrolled in January 2022 for the Diploma in Counseling and 5 days later received my study materials and submitted my first tutor marked assignments at end January 2022.I received good feedback from the tutor Talitha Govender throughout the course and I completed my course at end of May 2022.The blackford support team was wonderful and spot all the time Emma Roberts I even made a couple of calls from Cape Town without any hassle. The support system in South Africa by Hester always gives feedback and directions to follow.

Thank you blackford. We in South Africa are battling to start our own practices because the Diploma is not recognized in our land we have to join different bodies and work under SAQA registered Counselors. But we can practice as private counselors.

I have just recently started the course, and I already get compliments about how I handle people and their situations. The reason I started this course is because a lot of people told me how good of a listener I was, and now I get to put into practice what I'm learning with my friends and family. I can't wait to be certified, so I can counsel with the confidence of knowing that I'm a qualified counsellor.
