Very happy with the course so far. Communication is good from the centre and my course mentor. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
Gradually builds on the information needed and I can take my time without pressure.

I did quite a measure of research before l chose Blackford Centre. I went to the extent of sending out emails and calling establishments, more than once on occasions, just to have a feel of the day-to-day running of the institutions.

I had no doubt, from beginning to end, that Blackford Centre had something their competitors did not.

Naturally, l went for Blackford. I have not yet started the course, but l have no doubt that my opinions and expectations are right, and will remain as such.

The whole process went very smoothly. Study material was delivered the next day. Very professional.

The service was fast and ii received my materials in a 24 hours,however i have no communication with my tutor and there a couple of questions id like to ask and i don"t know who to ask or how to go about it.

From the time I made inquiries until I received my study materials, everything was smooth sailing.
To crown it all I was informed about the movement of my study material and received it in record time. I was very impressed.

I have just signed up to the Foot Health Care Practitioner Course and I was very impressed by how my questions prior to committing to the course were answered and it was fantastic how quickly my paper format course arrived.Excited to get started now and complete this course

True to their refund policy without hesitation.

Didn't like the interface, learning platform, and online materials of the course. I understand reading just PDFs might be preferable to others but it wasn't for me. Got my refund of full money though as I submitted the dissatisfaction.

Attempted the copywriting course with this mob back in 2015. Started off with a welcome letter from my personal tutor. It contained pretty transparent boasting about his idyllic lifestyle in the countryside overlooking a river. All of which was paid for by copywriting. The implication being, all this could be yours! Yeah, cosmic.
First assignment was a basic introduction piece. Write about your life in an interesting manner. Easy peasy. The tutor liked my writing and predicted I'd do well. Great! My riverside country home in Suffolk was assured.
The second assignment was the most vague, ambiguous piece of nonsense I've ever encountered. I contacted my tutor for guidance and his "advice" was equally muddled. After weeks of trying to attempt to answer this bizarre essay question I gave up. Conveniently, I'd gone over the time limit when you are entitled to claim your money back.
They lull you in with a letter from your tutor, during which he casually mentions his affluent lifestyle, followed by an easy first assignment. And then they hit you with an essay question so vague you begin to question your own intelligence and sanity.
I gave up. Great result for The Blackford Centre I'm sure. They pocketed my approx. £400 for one introductory assignment. Don't bother with them. Wait for life to return to "normal" after Covid and attend a college course where you can meet genuine tutors and students.

I AM STILL AWAIT FOR MY REFUND (First request on 10/6/20)

I have enrolled for Natural Skin Care Course, and not very happy with their 60 days money back guarantee.

Requested a refund on 10/6 and only received one reply from a lady called Emma, (email below) and I am insist that I still need a refund a I cannot wait for 7 days for the tutor to response for simple questions.

I have further more sent the email twice ( 10/6 & 12/6 ) regards the issues and stated that I still need my money back and no response from them as yet.

We allow tutors 7 working days as standard to respond to students with feedback and a grade for their work, although we do ask that they try to respond quicker to emails containing questions, or when students are in need of general support.

Checking our records, I can see you have been allocated to tutor Lindsey Bruce. Lindsey is a wonderful tutor, and typically fairly quite quick to respond to students. If you would like, I will be happy to contact Lindsey, just to double check that she has received your email and to put your mind at ease? Please do understand however that Lindsey does have 7 working days to respond to you for your course assignments.

Our tutors are all practising professionals, which means they have a large range of in depth knowledge to share with you, which is invaluable. However this means that we do have to allow them time to mark around their work.

If however do not feel that the marking time allowance is suited to you, do let me know. There is a 60 day money back guarantee with the course, so if you would prefer to be refunded, that’s no problem at all. We like our students to be happy with their studies, and if the tutoring arrangement we offer is not suited to you, we would be happy to refund you, to allow you to find a course more suited to you.

So far I've had a really good customer service response form the office to a few minor queries I had. The box containing the course material arrived this morning and was well-packed with a small complimentary box of mints included and the notes were wrapped in blue ribbon, a lovely touch. I've made a start and find the notes to be easy to read, clear and interesting already- I think I'm going to enjoy my study!

I was really hoping that this would be a great experience, as everything seems so professional. However, after enrolling, paying the first installment,and waiting well over 8 working days, i have still not received any course material.

Very pleased with the service so far. Emails have been answered promptly and course materials arrived when promised. From what I've seen of the course so far I'm sure it's going to be very useful.
