Thank you for sharing your experience. To clarify, you initially ordered UGGs in UK4 for £314.99, and later requested to change them for a UK5. At the time of your purchase the UK5-7 sizes were listed at £349.99 due to needing to source them. We want to highlight that our pricing structure reflects the market dynamics – if items are in hand, we charge less, and if sourced on demand, we charge more.

It is also important to note that we don't "alter prices" once an order is placed, as that statement might be misleading. When you expressed the need to change to a UK5, we communicated via email, explaining the cancellation of the initial order and advised you to re-order the UK5 at the correct price. This approach ensures fairness in pricing, and unfortunately, we can't swap orders as it could lead to potential misuse where customers order the lowest-priced items and then request a size change.

This was not done to charge you more, and as evident from our reviews, we have a very happy client base. Everything was clear and explained to you directly via email.

I did respond to your initial email regarding a stock discrepancy and the specific pair you ordered being in a different storage unit. I understand that you needed the pair before 'the end of next week,' and I confirmed in our communication on November 7th that you would receive the order by Thursday or Friday.

The order was sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and was delivered on Friday 10 November at 10:30am as promised. I'd like to highlight that there was communication between us from November 2nd to November 7th, addressing the stock discrepancy and providing updates on the delivery status.

I understand delays can be frustrating, and I apologise for any inconvenience caused during this process. Hi Donna,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service however your review is MISLEADING.

Your order was placed and dispatched on the same day 16-06-2023. A delivery attempt was made the next day on 17-06-2023 (Saturday) which was missed and then the item got delivered on 19-06-2023 (Monday). Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday, and this review does not seem very fair when the item was sent for next day delivery.
