I donât know why Instashop is suddenlyâŠ
I donât know why Instashop is suddenly so horrible but more than 4 times now Iâve had to wait 30 minutes or more for an order. Itâs ridiculous. This last time after 30 minutes (which was how long the order was supposed to take), I ordered somewhere else and got the order in 15 minutes while instashop still hadnât delivered. Iâve deleted my account and app. And judging by the other reviews this is how they are operating now. If you donât want a headache, order somewhere else. Itâs really terrible.
InstaShop going from OK to BAD
After having used the app most of 2024 with some problems the frequency of problems increased a lot towards the end of 2024. Suddenly in Jan 2025 the app stopped opening and when re-installing the app it suddenly said my UAE mobile number is wrong and when trying to open new account I am told my address is not coveresâŠvery strange.

Worst customer support!! I ordered from lulumarket through them and they delivered wrong items and when i tried reaching instashop, they called me twice to say the courier will replace the wrong items and no one showed up, and then they stopped answering my reported complaint all together!!!

- will you receive it at all
- will customer service reply to your concerns
- will you receive accurate substitution options
They can all go right if you're lucky , but they all can happen at the same time too so you'll be left without your groceries for the night like me this evening and this is not the first time so I'm deleting the app and making sure to spread my anger via reviews

InstaShop have no control over their delivery times. Despite advertising the delivery times - on multiple times I have had to wait twice as long as the stated delivery time and today three times as long. The implications of these delays are ruined meals and if you have to leave for work or meetings - you miss the opportunity to eat. When contacting the vendor- they just say it will be there in 1-2 minutes. 60mins later. Find an alternative as InstaShop takes no accountability for there service.
Sell out of date food and DO NOT REFUND
Placed an order fresh food delivery, placed it straight in fridge as you would expect, I did not think to check the dates. Went to use the fresh chicken one day later and opened the pack to the most disgusting rotten smell. Checked the date and as I expected from the smell it was out of date. Contacted Instashop and disgustingly because I did not report it within 24hrs they wont refund me the cost.
DISGUSTING customer service on what should be normal customer rights to have fresh produce delivered in date.

Hi I placed on ordef to Spinney's in RAK. Waitrose shortbreads arrived broken 10 cookies, 8 broken where I was visiting. I tried to report the issue immediately but there was a problem on Instashop side, error message. I went home. They want to give credit. I want refund. CS says they can't pick the cookies up from a nearby address in order to provide a refund. But the delay was because the reporting function wasn't working. And the breakage was likely due to poor packing (a slab of ice in the same order). They have no problem delivering to multiple addresses to so why not pick up for refund purposes? No problem. If I don't impulse order from these excusniks to I'll be healthier. Really, I should thank them for annoying me with their ridiculous policies.

I order from this app a lot but every other time I have my item sent late. Many times I had to wait for the grocery to arrive way past lunch time. We ended up ordering food even with grocery ordered. They are a pro at sending items late. Another thing is the unavailability of item when online says available. I had to cancel reorder many times because whatI need was not available after all. It is truly a waste of time and unecessary stress. I am npw looking for a better option. It is time to finally 'severe' my relationship with Instashop
