Insulation Hub レビュー

This is the second time l have used Insulation Hub and the communication was brilliant as was the prompt delivery. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, polite, very good communication, reasonably priced. Thank you to Ben and all others involved for being able to find a piece of insulation for me. you went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

I have had the misfortune of using Insulation Hub twice, both times for the same item (75mm blocks), I actually forgot I had tried to order these from them the first time.
On both occasions they said they had no stock, yet on both occasions were more than happy to take my money then force me to fill a form out to get a refund.
I am of the opinion that Insulation Hub hold zero stock but try to source what you want after they have taken your money.

Great service and communication. Quick delivery with great courier who has a website link to track the delivery vehicle which was very useful.

Ordered twice now from Instulation hub. Fab service, helpful staff and quality products. Harry on live chat was very helpful too.
Delivery was on time and We will be using again and will be recommending to others too. Thank you Insulation Hub

I was looking for some insulation sheets and fired off some enquiries last Sunday night, by 8am Monday I had a price and specification and a nice email accompanying it.
I did call to check delivery as I needed them before Easter, they checked stock and said they would speed it through the system and delivery it on Thursday.
In fact it arrived on Wednesday lunchtime, delivered by a very helpful driver who fork lifted them down a long driveway and dropped them outside the garage.
Thank you for great service it was much appreciated, I hope the boss does!

Terrible experience with this company. I bought 6 packs of Rockwool insulation which turned up (a week late) smelling absolutely terrible. I requested that a new batch be sent out. The new batch was delivered (without letting me know when it would be coming). They did not take away the old batch at the same time and the new batch also stank. I was left with 12 huge packs of Rockwool filling up my flat for almost a week. After chasing, I finally got them picked up (again, at a random time with no communication - luckily I was 5 mins walk from my house at the time). That was a month ago and I am STILL waiting for my refund. Called the manager and he said he would get it sorted for me ASAP and keep me in the loop (this was friday morning). I called back on truesday asking what what happening and the person on the phone said they would send a request for the refund right now and it shouldn't take long. He couldn't explain what his boss had been doing the whole time between Friday and now. Avoid this company at all costs, genuinely the worst purchasing experience I've ever had ( I never bother to write reviews).

Ordered Tyvek house wrap and tapes - arrived next day. Great product and good service!

Ordered some Tyvek membrane. Arrived quickly, I’d buy again. Thank you.

Prompt and good service. Priced very well and delivered sooner than expected
