Extremely disappointing.
I used to have a Warmies plush toy for more than 10 years. I loved it.
However, the microwave plush toys nowadays are lavender scented, which is supposed to be a pleasant smell and great for sleep. However, the product arrived extremely strong and unbearable lavender smell which caused me allergy. But in fact I am generally not allergic to lavender.
Emailed customer service about it and explained they should put a warning that it could cause issue with people with sensitivities. No response on this and I have to pay for the return fee myself.

My one only smelt like lavender on the first go.
Now it smells like Shreddies.

I’ve ordered from Warmies on three occasions now. I’ve never had any issues and delivery has always been very quick. Each family member has loved their Warmies animal and the first one purchased 18 months ago is still going strong through hospital stays and recovery, it still looks brand new. Excellent quality.

Also, keep an eye out for regular deals on their website. At Christmas we ordered 2 Warmies as gifts for family members and we got a third one, worth £25, for free. We got to choose which free Warmie we wanted to out of a selected few.

Horrendous customer service. Order a couple of products for Christmas presents for my children. One of the items was faulty and insides started spilling out in less than1 week. Contacted warmies multiple times via the email provided and despite the out of office saying I will receive a response in 2-3 working days i am yet to get a response. Terrible support for a faulty product.

Getting on the site I had to spin for a discount I got 15%. Had to give all my information. Put in an order and the discount code they sent me. But it said Invalid. Used their customer service Bot, told -you will get help in a few hours. The Help, 4 times back and forth explaining, sent me the same non-working code. I had ordered from them a year ago and it went well. Now I see they are not a company I can work with. They had 3 days to rectify their indifference and never connected me with a human or a bot that would give me the discount code. So they don’t care about their repeat customer, so done with them on their own site!

Great customer service.
My daughter’s Warmie was sadly faulty. A replacement was sent out and arrived next day. Very pleased with the resolution and speed.

Site misrepresents costs. I added a warmie to my cart and was told I could add another of a specific lot to my cart for free. I did and it just double my cart total. I tried making the order and reaching out to CS since the order wasn't correct only to be told the site was wrong and I needed to order two warmies to get on the specific list for free. They offered me 25% off for my trouble after cancelling my order so I could remake it.

Alright. I make a new order, ordering two warmies and the third I wanted for free. The coupon code says it is invalid.

Alright. I let CS know and wait. They give me another code. I try that one, says it can't be applied.

Okay so I make a purchase and just reach out to CS to have the 25% off applied. Only for them to tell me they can't apply the discount because of the buying two and getting one free deal...

Why offer my a consolation 25% off if I can't use it for the order I am trying to make?

Wasted hours of the day trying to figure out how to buy from this site. Avoid.

Never received my order, placed on 21st of December. Sent an email but received no reply.

so impressed with the company! 100% recommend just bc of the customer service. the warmies are adorable on their own, well made and stay hot a long time. The scent is strong though so be advised if you get headaches, it can trigger them.

Cute sloth arrived. Was initially really pleased with it.

Not used it to heat. It’s just a cuddly for my son.

After two months, most of the fur is gone and it is starting to fall apart at the seams.

My son is not a young child and the sloth has been treated well.

It’s a poorly made product and I would advise everyone to steer clear!

They fired me because they said that I was working too slow and that I was causing lots of problems, which is all bullshit!

Terrible customer service. Rude and uncooperative. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Product was faulty when arrived (hole in the material, threads lose), making it un-usable as a gift as it looked pre-loved. Complained to the customer service team and received only a label to send it back (no offer of replacement or switch). When I did return, they didn't refund the shipping price.

Gift never shipped to me, order cancelled and company kept shipping cost. According to the tracking information it was shipped from one location in Illinois to another (I don't live in Illinois). I received an e-mail saying my order was unable to be fulfilled and a refund would be issued. However, they kept the $10 it cost to ship. It was never shipped to me and was their issue that I didn't get it. Now I'm out $10. Sounds like a scam to me!

The stuffed animal is cute. They say they stay warm about 45 min. It really didn't stay warm that long. The only real negative thing is shipping. Although it came very fast, the box was in horrible condition, which may not be their fault. But, the warmies Goose was just thrown inside the box, no other packaging. I paid $7 for shipping so I expected more than it just thrown into a box with no other packaging to protect it.

Purchased and sent as a gift for Christmas, wish I'd read reviews first I'm now concerned with the findings on Amazon reviews also the packaging is appalling for a gift. I was concerned it was fake and sent email to Warmies. Not much good now because I had already posted to my recipient.

I ordered 2 Warmies as Christmas presents. I inquired by email to the company to see if I would get my order in time for Christmas. I did I fact receive my order in time, and also got a follow up email from the company. That’s excellent customer service!
The Warmies are adorable as well!!

Do NOT order from this company ! I found the same thing at 1/2 the price on another site. I tried to cancel my on-line order within a few hours of placing the order. They refused to cancel ( the order hasn't even shipped ). They were uncooperative about everything ; I have filed a dispute with both Paypal and Amex. Don't put yourself through the torture of dealing with them :(
