Es werden auf einmal keine Studien mehr ausgezahlt. Bis zuletzt hat alles super geklappt, ich war sehr zufrieden, aber nun seit etlichen Wochen werden auf einmal ALLE Studien abgelehnt und nicht mehr ausgezahlt. Und das, obwohl man alle Regeln zur Nutzung und Durchführung einhält und gewissenhaft bearbeitet.
Das ist für mich eindeutig Betrug!!!
Ich kann nur jedem raten, hier keine Zeit mehr zu verschwenden und diesen Anbieter zu meiden.
Es wird nichts mehr ausgezahlt.

Not sure what's going on, everything was fine intill last few days, all my participations are declined (all 5), never experienced anything like that before.

Seit neustem werden die Studien die man gemacht hatte, abgelehnt (also nicht ausgezahlt).

Das finde ich schon irgendwie merkwürdig. Sonst hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Doch jetzt erweckt es den Anschein, dass meine Antworten für Lau gespeichert werden.

Ich warte jetzt die nächsten noch zwei offen Studien ab. Wenn die auch noch abgelehnt werden, werde ich mich wohl dann von dem Panel verabschieden. Denn es hat ja dann keinen Sinn mehr und es ist Zeitverschwendung da überhaut noch Mühe reinzustecken.

I've stumbled upon this site and decided to give it a try. The first few days were everything I could wish for in a beermoney site as there was a large number of available test. Now into the second week they started to dry up and other tests were closed despite the fact they are on my dashboard. In terms of payment I would suggest that they reduce the waiting time from 14 to atleast 7 days, and have a place where I can track them within the site

There isn't a way to reach customer service, I don't have a problem with getting rejected, the problem is the studies that you clicked on and failed to qualify for are still there meaning you are clicking over and over on the same study. I've tried refreshing, but no good.

I've been successfully doing side gigs online since 2017. In that time, I've made between $10,000-$15,000. Side gigs for a little extra money but I've always treated the companies I've worked for and the tasks very honestly and sincerely. After applying with Intellizoom, I was told that I had "violated their terms of service." What? I never even got past the application process. Worse, their customer service didn't even tell me how I violated said terms of service, and has told me further that I am longer able to contact them to ask why.

Una porquería, nunca pude realizar una encuesta, es una perdida de tiempo. Ninguna de las paginas de este estilo funcionan, los gobiernos deberían tomar cartas en el asunto y eliminarlas, todas recopilan información de la gente... tienen pinta de estafas.

Superé el estudio de prueba al tercer intento,(la vez que peor lo hice...) Hasta entonces me estaban llegando encuestas de 1 y 5 dolares que cobraba fielmente a los 15 dias. Al superarlo, me salio un cartel que ponía que me llegarían muchos más y de más dinero. Pues bien, de esto ha pasado ya dos semanas y no llega ni una, ni de más dinero ni de menos. Escribir al soporte, es como si escribo al presidente del gobierno, inútil.
Conclusión, una porquería.

The site has a lot of glitches . The practice test can't get past the video you watch. The video shows you review a website but all you get is survey. A lot studys are closed or you not qualify for it. Pay is very slow.

I am going to give them 2 stars for now. I just signed up, completed a $5 survey and then get a message it does not pay out for 21 days! The worst part is, you can't track your completed surveys so you would have to write done every survey number you take. Now I have to wait 21 days to see if I get paid. Otherwise, I am not going to waste my time trying to take more.

Since they got taken over by Usertesting, it's gone downhill. The site is a mess, with old tests staying on there long after they've been completed. And now, despite lots of good tests submitted by me, they've closed my account and not paid me for at least 10 outstanding tests. I always tried to do a good job, I probably made fewer mistakes than I saw in their surveys anyway! I don't recommend this site.

Probably scam site! Completed 3-4 surveys never been paid. Since signing up my junk mail is getting 250-300 more junk emails a day some from this site but loads from multiple other sites. Most of the surveys you get emailed about you're not actually ever eligible for.

This company does anything it can to get out of paying. Customer service gives you cut and paste answers if you complain. It used to be good but not anymore. Avoid at all costs.

Ich habe mich am 18.10. angemeldet, alle erforderlichen Schritte erledigt. Was passiert, nichts; außer... das ich seit 4 Tagen Benachrichtigungen über vorhandene Studien erhalte. Nur, es sind immer die gleichen 3 abgelaufenen Studien vorhanden. Ein Support kann man nicht anschreiben. Im Chat ist nur ein Bot, die FAQ´s sind lächerlich. Verschwendete Zeit.

Horrible experience, they make you go through the study/survey and then in the end of the survey, after you complete the study, they tell you that this one doesn't qualify and you won't get paid for it.

Intellizoom did not pay me for multiple tests in total 120$. I contacted support many times, but they just ignore the issue. I do not recommend to work with them.

They have become even more sly and evil. I use to get $5 and $8 in the first few months of 2023, a couple every week and sometimes day. Now, I am not getting a single one. All of the tasks on my profile that say "available studies"; the card sorting and think out loud tasks, have rejected me for no reason. Every single one I try to take they said "sorry the study you have tried to enter has been closed" even though it was under 10 minutes of receiving it! This week and last week (June 2023), I have received ZERO tasks. Not one single email telling me there's an available study. I am really angry and frustrated and they need to look into this asap

Accedí a este servicio por recomendación de un conocido. Nada más registrarme, realicé el test de prueba, seguí las instrucciones con micrófono y cam (tal como pide la página). Configuré mi perfil al 100% y quedé a la espera de mi aprobación. Mientras tanto, intento realizar varios de los "estudios" que aparecen disponibles. Todos y cada uno de ellos me son denegados en algún punto. Bien porque, no superé sus expectativas o porque supuestamente no cumplía con los requisitos necesarios. Total, que varios días después me deniegan el perfil. Ha sido una pérdida de tiempo total. Cero ingresos. Oh y encima, tienes que instalar una extensión a la que concedes demasiados privilegios para simplemente participar. Siento que este sitio solo quiere recopilar información de los usuarios, con fines un tanto... sospechosos. Estoy realmente decepcionado.

He cobrado todas las encuestas, aunque es cierto que cada vez me llegan menos, y llevo una semana q ninguna. La última que hice estuvo regular, no se si ese es el motivo, o simplemente no les interesa mi trabajo, y solo nos quieren para un mes
