Attention danger. Derrière le marketing et les belles promesses d'Intercellar se cache une réalité bien plus sombre. C'est de la poudre aux yeux. Nous avons affaire à deux fondateurs qui se prennent pour des visionnaires mais qui brillent par leur incompétence et leur arrogance.

Ils promettent la lune aux investisseurs et aux clients. Mais une fois l'argent encaissé, il n'y a plus personne. La gestion est catastrophique et l'argent semble dépensé en tout sauf dans la valeur ajoutée pour le client. C'est un manque de respect total. Je me demande sincèrement comment des domaines viticoles sérieux peuvent accepter d'associer leur image à une telle fumisterie.

C'est affligeant de voir autant d'argent gâché par des gens qui n'ont aucune vision réelle ni aucune éthique. Ils vendent du vent. Une boîte à fuir absolument si vous tenez à votre argent et à vos principes. Une véritable arnaque intellectuelle et financière.

Si vous cherchez du sérieux et de l'honnêteté, passez votre chemin. C'est une honte pour la French Tech et le monde du vin.

This is a company claiming to use Web3 (blockchain) technologies to tokenise high-value wine bottles. In theory, it is a no-brainer. You pay real money to buy a token that represents a bottle (or a case of wine). Much like paying for a cloakroom tag that represents your coat. Then, you can re-sell your wine (without physically moving it), or claim it. That's where problems start. The system has glitches, it is impossible to claim. When claiming works, bottles arrive in paper card boxes, some of the bottles end up broken (based on multiple stories from the wine community). Returns are near impossible - there are no customer service details. And the best part? When you have an issue, they ask you to transfer your ownership tokens to a different account manually - so that they could 'process it' manually (wine delivery or refunds). And we all know what happens when we are asked to transfer money from our account to 'another safe account'. There is no recourse. And to think that they've raised so much money and gained so much publicity for their 'innovative tech' if they can't even do basic delivery is mind boggling. That's why they aren't on any review sites. As that would expose the incompetence, non-functioning 'innovative' technology and a complete lack of basic customer service.
