Everything went smoothly except trying to register the company I work for. It requires a “tax exempt certificate” which the company doesn’t have, so I can’t continue with online form.

I received four light bulbs for my new…

I received four light bulbs for my new fixture. The boxes they arrived in were faded and the bulbs inside were dirty. When lite I noticed that although they said 60 Watt on the box they were no brighter than the 40 watt bulbs I was using. After just a hour the bulbs blew out. The customer service gave me a terrible time. They said something must be wrong with the fixture. They made me pay to return them and then they would only refund me for two bulbs. They were very nasty about the whole thing and not taking any responsibility for the bulbs failing. I would never use them again.

I wanted to follow up with you after taking another careful look into your return. I’m very sorry for any frustration this situation has caused — that is never our intention.
After reviewing the items that were sent back, it appears that although the original report indicated one blown bulb, the return actually included three blown bulbs. We also noticed that the packaging and boxes were returned in damaged condition. The bulbs were shipped out in brand‑new condition with protective packaging, and we always aim for a smooth experience.
As mentioned before, our returns team determined that none of the items arrived back in the new condition in which they were originally sent. However, wanting to ensure you still felt supported, we offered a customer accommodation by refunding half of the order. I’m sorry this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for.
In situations where bulbs blow, it can sometimes indicate that the wrong type of bulb was ordered or that there may be an issue with the fixture itself. We did try to confirm the correct compatibility by asking for the part number from your original bulb, and I’m sorry if that process felt inconvenient. Without the part number, we could only rely on the information provided, and it appears the order may have been placed based on a photo rather than exact specifications.
If you’re able to locate the original bulb’s part number at any point, I would be more than happy to look into this further and see if there is anything more we can do to assist.

Easy site to navigate

Easy site to navigate. Found my product within seconds of being on the site, just put in my product part number and it was right there. The price seems to be sort of high compared to other products but this was the only site I could find my ballast so it’ll have to work.
