In my personal dealings with their employees I have found them to be professional LIARS!!! Do not let them cause you harm.

Stay in Quebec, your company is b.s. and people look for other options other than these losers, choose any one else but, you've been warned

I would like to make people aware that international auctions sell goods with the previous purchasing customers personal information on breeching GDPR.

the lots they sell are still in the amazon returns packaging with the reteurning customers personal details attached including name, address and postcode and i have opened goods with the customers phone numbers in.
i have reported this as a breech of GDPR watch this space. as s customer of amazon please be aware that when you return your goods to amaong i can nly assume they are then sold onto international auctions with your details still attached

I’ve had amazing bargains over the past year ….a couple of things were unusable but that’s the chance you take with an auction
Both sites the staff are friendly and organised so on the whole very happy

Been using IA since 2022 and almost exclusively due to the service given and resolved mutually amicably. However recently have to say reconsidering the decision due to lack of responses (bordering on being ignored). Recently received sales invoice (paid) with item marked as missing by IA staff yet no credit.....have to accept certain responsibility myself as been 2 years for a similar 'promised' resolution and the old adage of 'fool me once shame on you....fool me twice shame on me'....Have spoken directly at length with one of the directors and understood some of their issues but despite promises to be resolved I'm afraid its one way traffic.

I have been coming to the auction for a while now The staff i always find to be polite and so friendly. You can also have a laugh with them. The amount of products they sell is massive and the choices are endless you can pick up some real bargains. Its a pleasure to do business with them, keep up the good work and thank you.

I have been a customer of this auction house for many years now, I can honestly say they will go above and beyond for their customers. Keep it up guys.

not a good trustworthy company
have fogged me of for six weeks over a non delivery sent 7 emails with no replies,telephoned about 8 times with no response, ups tell a lie eighth attempt a member of staff picked up named piper not very helpful excuse blamed dpd and sid she will look into it suppose will have to wait another six weeks for a reply
have used this company from day one back in 2021 when they first started,the last 2 years they have gone down hill very fast with there service they demand payment within 48hours still waiting for orders from the 15th sept may get them for the middle of october if lucky??
last of all for me personally think it is time to move away it would be nice if the director a Mr Stephen George Bellingham could get is house in order

I purchased and paid for several items, but I have not received all of them. Specifically, the items from Lot 430 and Lot 458 were never delivered.

I contacted the company to ask about the missing items but have not received a clear solution yet. This is very frustrating as I have already paid in full and expected to receive everything I bought.

I hope the company can improve their delivery process and communication with customers, as this experience has been very disappointing.

After my initial experience, I was contacted by Stephen Bellingham from International Auctions, who personally helped me resolve the issue.

Although it took some time and effort to sort everything out, I really appreciate Stephen’s professionalism and willingness to improve the company’s service and communication with customers.

Because of that, I’m revising my rating and updating this review to reflect the positive outcome.

I bought some items on sunday auction dated 07-09-2025 went there to collect on 10-09-2025 went to the office payed at 11.06 am i waited for more almost 3 hours many people who came after me got their items and i kept waiting it was only 10 small items went to the admin as well after 1 hour was told to keep waiting also tried to ask the guys who bring the stuff out but the wouldn't even talk they were ignoring and finally said everything is systematic wait. I would suggest dont waste your time going there people have other stuff to do as well they expect customers to keep waiting.

Good and bad experiences along the time I have been buying from them however it seem to be improving, I still have quite a lot of issues with items not delivered to me neither dealt with but I will get this resolved hopefully one day. Lately I been able to communicate with the staff whenever needed, be careful and look twice at the item before buying and fingers crossed you will get the same item as I did have some bad experiences when I got other items and not the ones paid for. Overall a medium auctioneer going to good

Extremely poor customer service ! Almost every item won was so poorly packaged it was all damaged and they have the audacity to claim it’s not their fault ! I have used multiple auctions and this is by far the worst ! Beware is any item is damagable in post I guarantee it will arrive damaged and they won’t admit it is their fault ! Putting negative feedback on my I bidder account instead of accepting the blame for extremely poor packaging and delivery ! I would not use this company again their customer service is extremely poor and their packaging and delivery could be better done by primary school pupils enough said

Having had a horrible experience with another auction site selling similar things I was nervous to go back down this route of buying. However, my experience has been a very good one with International Auctions. Not always perfect, but very good. I never expect perfection. So that's not a reflection of the company of course.

I've read a lot of reviews about this site and other similar sites and need to point out a couple of things to other people who might find it helpful. Firstly check the type of item you are buying, stock images are used for many items so if you buy an unchecked return/salvage with a stock image, the condition might be anywhere from brand new to damaged. If its not a stock image, you can obviously see what the item is like. If you want to check the condition prior to bidding...phone the auction site, don't email. If you are buying to sell on... look for multiple quantity items that are classed as "over-stock". These are 9/10 brand new.

so buyer beware! which is normal policy for any auction anywhere!!

If your item turns up and doesn't match the description and image then a human/computer error has occurred (not an intentional deception) so phone or email them and let them know.

And for those who have had a bad experience and think the 5* ratings are from people who are paid to write them, work for the company etc... no that's not the case... it's from people who have had a good experience.

As with many large companies, human and computer errors can and do happen.

And Diane... you're not allowed a holiday !! :))

Terrible customer service and I can bet a lot of the feedback left in here with 5 start are arranged.
I have been buying from them for a while now and pretty much on every delivery I had issues never resolved. Sending emails explaining the issue but they can’t be bothered to reply to you. You buying apples and they send you rotten bananas. Latest one was last week when I bought a grey office chair and got delivered a black trashed one. Two weeks ago I had a lot missing never got anyone bothering to do something. Before this I bought a mattress and got a pendant. No explanation whatsoever, not sure how they choose their staff but is very unhelpful. So many unresolved issues within the last year that will have to passed to someone that can resolve them. I can admit that you can find good items at good prices but their staff is really for nothing. Also, they have been charging me many times for two deliveries and sending all together without sending back a refund for the amount overcharged, unprofessional.
This feedback is left for staff and not the items. Zero customer service

Nearly 3 weeks since winning an auction for Phillips razor,arrived Saturday 05/07 damaged box-fair enough.Opened up.obviously been used,missing cover for razor and carry bag,just bare razor and charging lead.Put in bin,never again purchase from this Company plus £7-20p delivery charge for very small package.At least Mr Turpin wore a mask when he was robbing you.
