I ordered a test via Groupon & paid £35 as it was a special offer went on to intolerance lab website entered my Groupon code & have been charged an additional £65 despite several emails to this company have not received any correspondence relating to this so have asked for a refund of £65 which again seems to have been ignored . If I haven’t heard anything from them by the end of today I will be requesting my money via PayPal. Not a company I would recommend!!!

I followed their instructions exactly sent away my sample and then heard nothing. All my follow up emails were not replied to and the phone number on the website is always busy. This is a scam.

Having purchased this test, I sent my sample back to the complany on August 2nd. Despite numerous emails asking for an update on progress, I have had zero correspondence back from them, even to advise if they have received my email or sample, let alone when I can expect test results. Very disappointing.

I was skeptical at first, could a few strands of my hair really solve the mystery of my diet problems and bloated stomach? Wow was I surprised! The process was so simple and swift, within 3 days I received a detailed report highlighting several intolerances I had no clue about.
Since adjusting my diet based on intolerancelabs recommendations, I feel alot better, less bloated but also more energetic and focused throughout the day. My skin has also never looked better.
For anyone on the fence about taking a test, don't hesitate. Intolerancelab has been an absolute game changer for me.

dont waiste ur money.wot a load of crap.didnt get my results back for a week.when i emailed to explain.3 days later on a sunday evening i got my results back.what a load of crap.

I purchased this test in 20th July from Groupon which was supposed to be a test for 700 items, 350 food and 350 non food and all I got an answer was 8 food items and 10 non food.
The stuff I eat and dont feel any intolerance highlights it,like porridge banana and honey.
The test doesnt seem reliable nor did the company do justice. It seems they are just collecting data.
Trading standards should look into this!!!
I want my money back and assurance that my data is deleted!!
Nobody should trust this company!!

My wife also paid for a test in good faith. She eceived the initial e-mail explaining what to send back to them but didn't hear anything else. Sent e-mails to them a number of times but no response. She even put a read receipt on one e-mail and they did read it but couldn't even make the effort to reply. A scam.

Totally unreliable, managed to performe some blood test for intolerance/allergies and any of the results given by intolerancelab has been proven completely false. Keep your money folks!

Excellent customer service , great communication. I was so interested in my results , especially the food stuff , I've not been well for a while now so will be cutting out the things I'm intolerant to , to see if this makes a difference, thank you

As a couple, we came across with Intolerecelab via Instagram and wanted to give it a try.
First of all, overall experience was so smooth and fast. Customer support was checking in regularly to make sure the service is delivered at expected standards, almost impossible to have a bad experience with this company after all that check-ins :)
When it comes to test results, I was able to validate my results by cross checking with my 23&me DNA results, and they were almost 100% matching, even more detailed results on dietary piece supplied by Intolerancelab. I've started making changed as suggested, and it works, bloating was not my normal state after all!

Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to order these upon recommendation from a friend of a friend. I then did some research about intolerance tests online (something I beg you to do before you order from here). According to all reputable scientific resources I found - as well as UK gut health charities - there is no scientific evidence to suggest a hair strand test can tell you anything about intolerances. Don't just take my word for it though, 30 seconds of Googling will confirm this for you.

Furthermore upon reading the Trustpilot reviews it seems they give randomised results. I imagine the people who have found these tests useful just got lucky or had common intolerances that were randomly confirmed by IntoleranceLab, who were suggesting the most common intolerances to begin with in order to have a greater chance of success.

The website feels dodgy and they aren't accredited. Don't waste your money.

I had a large list of foods that I was intolerant to. What I found out was that as long as I don't use more than 2 of the listed items in one day, nothing happened. My eczema stayed quite. But if I use more than 2 items of the list in one day, the eczema flared up again. I am very happy with knowing what items I have to be careful with. Also my tummy aces never returned! Hospital told me that I have IBS. But now I know what items I have to avoid or not all use at once, all goes perfect. Very happy with the test

This test was great the things I possibly thought I was intolerable too were completely confirmed.A new way of life for me has begun and beginning to feel the difference in just two weeks of changing my diet I would recommend this test A****

This was incredibly easy to do. Send off some hair plucked from somewhere unobtrusive results back in a few days. Really surprising results for me and I have begun changing my diet to reflect the findings.

What a waste of money. Bought the happy family package for my wife and myself.
Bear in mind that the results are only shown if the the intolerance is 85% or higher.
The results completely missed the fact that my wife is lactose intolerant and also stated she was 91% allergic to cats. We've had various cats for 30 years with no reactions at all.
She was also stated to be 98% intolerant to walnuts, again, something she often has with no ill effects.
My own results also show food stuffs and items that I have every day, again, with no ill effects.
I emailed the company twice stating these concerns, but they failed to reply on both occasions.
From my experience, this seems like a scam and I wouldn't recommend them at all.

My son has a severe peanut allergy and has been hospitalized several times and uses an epi pen, however it failed to show up on the intolerance test and they claimed only intolerances of 85% or above would show on the test. I don’t consider this test worth the money … I wouldn’t recommend and consider it a complete waste of money.

It's a pure scam. They highlighted each and every major food group in my intolerance report - wheat, rice, meat, coffee, sugar etc. No useful information in the report.

Yes Quick service, but apparently i am intolerant to everything, not sure what im going to eat now. Have to say feels like a complete random selection of foods. If i could afford it i would send another sample in under adifferent name/contacts tosee if the result was the same, i am willing to bet that they wouldn't be.

As a nurse at NHS I would like to say very good test. I have stop eaten what results showed me and now I am feeling better then before also my eczema become better.
