I recently purchased the platinum package and received in a short time the report, I really liked the amount of details given, and will review it with my doctor.
I will definitely recommend the lab to my friends, and send samples soon for my family. Many thanks lab team!

Terrible service
Sent my sample over 10 months ago, and they have cleary lost it and have no no way of tracking the samples.
I would not recommend using this site and would not waste your time with trying to chase the customer service team as they don't exist

A friend recommended Intolerance Lab and, having read lots of positive reviews, we decided to order a Gold test for our 8 year old who appeared to have developed sensitivities to certain foods following a Covid infection last year. We sent off the hair sample and waited over a week for the results. Unfortunately these were disappointingly unhelpful when they arrived, listing foods and substances my daughter has had no contact with, or ever likely to. Having since read up on hair testing online, I remain unconvinced of its ability to identify food intolerances. Not only that but since placing my initial order I have been bombarded by unwanted emails selling upgrades, offers etc. I won't be buying anything from Intolerance Lab in the future.

I had my tests done a while ago and it picked up the things I thought I was intolerant to but some others showed up so and since I have avoided some of them I am feeling much better. We are now getting my husbands checked so I will be interested with what his shows as there is something but we can't think what. It is very easy to get the hairs sent off and results are very fast. I would recommend these tests to anyone.

Fantastic company. I thought I had an allergy but wasn't quite sure so I decided to try Intolerancelab. Very easy to use and my results were in 3 days later. I decided to cut out what they had suggested were 100% allergies. It made a huge difference to my initial problem but I happily noticed weight loss as well as my skin clearing up. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent. Had my results in a few days. Some things on the test I knew about but it surprisingly threw up a lot of stuff that was very unexpected. I’m now taking care of my diet and having a lot less pains. I had a query and it was answered straight away by a dietician. They also follow up with regular emails which is good. I’ve recommended them to quite a few people one I know of that has just received their results too. I highly recommend this company. It’s quick and easy to do and so affordable.

Obviously it was interesting to get my results back for food intolerance and it was very quick, easy and affordable. However, today, more than two years on from having my results back I have decided to leave feedback. I lost my results pretty much straight away and when you start forgetting what’s on the list it’s pretty annoying. Today I sent an email asking if there’s any chance I could have my results again from 2 years ago. In this current climate of profiteering, I genuinely expected them to say they didn’t have them and to pay for a new test. To my surprise, an hour later I received a reply and the test results. So I’d just like to say, thank you for being so honest. Even that alone deserves merit. I would highly recommend.

My daughter had been suffering pains for a few urs , the drs and hospital wasn't helping, I took things into my own hands and got her tested.
It was really quick and pain-free and we got the results back the next day.
My daughter stays away from the foods she's intolerant to and has slot less stomach pains.

My acne problems disappeared once I eliminated the foods I'm intolerant to from my diet. I've been suffering from constantly inflamed spots around my chin area for the past 2 years or so, and I never thought that the food I was eating would be the cause of it. Once I got my results back I did an elimination diet and my spots stopped appearing. I would recommend this test to anyone suffering from bloating, skin issues, digestive issues, etc... It's changed the way I feel about myself and my digestion has become a lot better too.

I was advised by a friend to use the Intolerance lab. I put my order in on line. Very quick response and easy to do. Results came back quickly.

I highly recommend intolerance lab. The whole process is very straightforward and the company are a pleasure to deal with. I had a few questions following my results and they were quick to respond. Prior to the test I was regularly getting upset tummy and though the results were suprising, since eliminating these foods I have seen a huge improvement. I have followed their advise for reintroduction and have brought back around 75% of the items successfully.

Cannot rate the intolerance lab highly enough. A work colleague told me about the results she had with her testing and honestly I was a little sceptical but thought what have I got to lose. I have been plagued by skin rashes and eczema for the past 10 years and I have tried every lotion, potion going. I sent of my test and when I received my results I was amazed to see that what I was intolerant to was what I ate regularly. It also showed a deficiency which resulted in eczema. The results provided comprehensive advice on what I should do in terms of elimination which I followed and wow the results have been amazing! My eczema and itchy skin have disappeared completely. I cannot believe it and know how many people suffer with these skin conditions so would definitely recommend you give intolerance lab q go. They have honestly been life changing for me

I suffer from an allergy to yeast and artificial sweeteners. I've had this confirmed and also I know when I eat foods with yeast in and drinks/foods with artificial sweeteners I get a very bloated and painful stomach.

I avoid these and my stomach is all ok.
I thought I would do this test just to see if there was anything else, I paid the fee and the results came back fairly quickly.

Unfortunately the results I can only describe as completely meaningless.

Apparently I'm 95% intolerant to chicken, 95% cherries, 94% wine and amongst many other things 86% garlic.

Then on the non food tolerances, I'm bizarrely 97% intolerant to pigeons and the funniest one is 95% to cats.

It's like the report just randomly chose a load of stuff.

For context I've lived with multiple cats my entire life, I eat chicken most days and a lot of garlic too and other stuff they say I'm intolerant too.

If that was really the case I would be having non stop issues, but I am not as I have cut out yeast and artificial sweeteners.

Very disappointing.

I regrettably only requested the 100 item test to be carried out. If I could do it again (for the same 25%) discount I would certainly pay for the Platinum test as I have been experiencing allergies lately. I know for a fact I cannot touch rice as it makes me ill, & that was top of the list of foods to stay away from. So I was happy x

Very positive results as had issues for a long time ...never thought the results would bring to light the causes ....GP now doing more tests to confirm if coeliac or just intolerance...definitely worthwhile and worth every penny only wish had done this years ago
